I stayed at this hotel from 2nd to 4th September 2025. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained with proper hygiene. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The swimming pool was perfectly clean, and the morning breakfast buffet had healthy and fresh food options. Out of my entire Goa trip, the best part was my stay at this hotel. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa!

Rooms are not well maintained, breakfast very limited options, even they are providing boiled eggs also by counting.the good part of this hotel is its near to baga beach

The location of property is near Baga Beach and Baga River. They serve buffet breakfast, which tastes good actually. Staff were helpful and polite. Only problem is swimming time, otherwise everything is good.

The site is old construction and not clean .there is no car parking and food quality was average . swimming pool and staff is coperative

The property is located in a prime location at Baga, it’s on the beach, a minute walk. 10 minute walk along the beach to Titos Lane. The management was hospitable and everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms were kept clean and comfortable. Any inconvenience was immediately sorted out by the management. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice. Altogether, it was an excellent stay. Highly recommend for the price.
