Worst hotel in Agra, and worst staff and management,

Property is not well maintained. Lifts are not working. No fans in the room. Ac does not work on back up mode.

So much noise of highway traffic in the room. Room service is late. Poor maintenance. Hotel tariff does not justify the hotel. We can get much better hotel in fatehabad road even in lesser tariff. Will not think of again to stay there in future.

The rooms were very dirty. I booked for 2 nights but didn't stay. I booked another property for my 2 days stay.

The only reason i wouldn’t call this hotel a scam is for the one guy staff member. He tried his best. This hotel didn’t even deserve to be a 2 star. From broken trash cans, to stained and smelly bedsheets. Everything was bad. Holes in the doors, dust everywhere, 90% rusted metals, no toilet paper, harmful toiletries and what not. Smelly outdoors, cracked walls. And btw, we booked their best room available. Please avoid this hotel

Not upto the mark, as per the cost charged quality of rooms not good service was also not good.

Hotel seems a horror house to me. There was no tv in my room. Water tap was not working and gate lock was not working, i stayed outside the room for 2 hour. I had to shift in small room whereas my booking was for deluxe room.

1. The surroundings of the building parking is disappointing. Very average. The basement parking are has workers working & parking was filled with bikes. Nobody to guide. 2. Elevator does not connect from basement to upper floors & one has to climb steps to ground floor-tough for elderly & the walls & surroundings look all chipped off & poor 3. The staff look very poorly dressed in their attire, even they condition of they key they handover is shabby so the first impressions are nothing good 4. We checked into the room & the ac was noisy & pillow covers smelt used. 5. Tv picture tube was not good & had lines + tata sky had no recharge 6. Call the staff & they do not show up for 15 mins. Always had to call them again 7. Shifted to another room, but that did not have intercom + ac was not cooling then they shifted us to another room (3rd one by now. Very average. Neither does it look appealing nor does it smell good. Depends on what you are looking for. All said, the staff was polite. They just need to uplift the building maintenance & service their ac, tv etc, i did not eat there so i cannot comment on the food. But i sill remember how the dining area had a strong food odour.

Room service is very bad may times call but he is not responding.

I book hotel for 1st october 2023. On that day hospital staff making so much noise. Even in midnight also. Bathroom was not proper clean. Overall i pay more but not getting service as money. Food is good.

Service is not good, images upload are also not showing the originality of the rooms, room are not in good condition, ac's are also not working properly, tv was not there.

Room is dirty, door lock is not working, tv is not recharged, no response even after calling many times. Very bad service

1 ac not working 2 interiors damages all side 3 rest room not clean i complain this to front desk. They simply say. Cancel the room. Mmt. Say me. Midnight 2 am. Where i go. We beleive with mm t but i was suffering

Room were good in size. Connectivity with other parts of city is good. Staff is always keen to help. Food was not impressive. Limited food option. Do not opt breakfast in room tariff as there was no variety available for first meal of the day.

Everything is fine but the bathroom taps are not working properly and the shower is also not working. Rooms walls conditions to be improved.

Good hotel good service

Our experience was great. The staff was so cooperative and their behaviour was also good. Food was nice. Hotel rooms were cleaned.

The hotel room does not have any fans and they think they are having a hotel in hil station. The ac is not cooling, if we put 16 degree it is working as 30 degree, everyone one have sweat dreams here.
