Property was not in a private property, also the swimming pool was shared pool between two bungalows although it was small for a single tenant, property size was ok however extra bed was not provided and Wifi password also not provided

Poor customer service
In general, the villa was very good, but the service was poor as there was no internet connection on the wifi. After complaining about this, they said we would recharge, but they never did, and they are forcing us to leave early as the checkout time is 12pm and they called us at 10am and said to leave.
