location was good but appartment was not clean, need renovation, but host Divya is helpful lady she shifted us to her other property, that property was good, even her mother made home food for me, she was very nice, thanks Divya, really appreciate .

First of all they changed our booking to some other property of theirs nearby. Looking at the pics, we thought our exp would be nice, but it kept on getting worse. No proper caretaker, no proper food available, not even proper tea or coffee. Can't order food from outside after 10 p. M, strange rule. We stayed there during durga pujo, don't know who sleeps before 10 pm during puja ! moreover, complimentary breakfast is a gimmick here. Denied to serve our breakfast by 8. 30 am the first day. Just rudely told us that breakfast can be served after 9. 00 am. If you can't afford to arrange breakfast for your guest, don't advertise complimentary breakfast

A well furnished bhk property at shakespeare saran i with all necessary amenities. Host divya is very helpful. There are no check in hassles. Understanding the exact location may be an issue but it's a one time challenge. My biggest issue was the washroom i found to be very shabby, most of the taps weren't working and overall the washroom is old and dirty, have informed the host to renovate it. If renovated this would be a great stay.

It's a really cute apartment in an excellent location with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The host, ms. Divya is very cooperative and does well to ensure that the guests don't have any problem. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Very comfortable as home suitable for children also fully hygiene nd clean..recommended to all the couples in the city hassle free check in..it is like apna ghr ❤️

Property is not in good shape as shown in pictures. Entire building is tilted.

Located at a prime place within kolkatta city giving access to major business and commercial establishments, well trained support staff and well maintained appartment with all amenities , works well with single corporate persons travelling to Kolkata for short business trips / small family for pleasure trips .

Not a value for money ptoperty. Late check in and asked for early check out. Ac water is draining to the bed. Cleanliness is gud. We checked in at 1320 hrs after their room cleaning and host requested me to check out early as possible.

Our stay at aster service apartment was excellent. From check in to check out, the experience was hassle free and no unnecessary disturbance from anybody. One can feel at home. It’s advantages are prime location, good rooms, good anenities and a great host!

There was only 1 bhk flat in that building for stay. No body knows the property in this apartment. There was neither any staff nor host for welcoming. Washroom was so cozy & room floor was dam sloppy. My experience was so terrible in my life.

We stayed at the aster guest house, both the apartment and the guest house are hosted by divya. She was really helpful and cooperative and called us to know when we would arrive. The us consulate and vac are within 500 metres from the property. The rooms were clean and above standard. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus !

Location was perfect, food in house not available but can order from swiggy zomato. Rooms are good cleaned.

Extremely comfortable and convenient for short stays. At a walking distance from us consulate and visa application centre, along with other landmarks. Great restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Clean, hygienic conditions within the apartment, amenities such as refrigerator, utensils, drinking water filter provided in the kitchen, along with television, wifi, ac. The host is super friendly and responds promptly to every request. Provided delicious and healthy home cooked meals. The location of the apartment is spot-on and hard to miss. Definitely recommended for solo and group travellers, looking for a home away from home.

The place was an independent 1 bhk apartment, located very much in the centre of the business area. I had not been well, and during covid isolation, the place was ideal as i was not in contact with anyone and was able to isolate myself. One thing which i found was the building was leaning (and the owner informed this was from the day it was built) and jokingly called it the leaning tower of kolkata (not pisa. A good view, airy room with good window access will recommended to improve on the plumbing and quality of bathroom fittings - otherwise a very satisfying stay.

Be aware of this scam, you will be shown an apartment while booking but you will be given a small room in sketchy guest house by saying there is some maintenance going on. Stay away from this.

Very pathetic property.

Stay was a almost homely feeling. Apartment was clean with all the required amenities. They provide home cooked meal, which is chargeable and really hygienic and authentic home cooked. Overall stay was really comfortable and convenient.
