Atmosphere is good but room service is not good and very bad smell in wash room and bedroom...

The stay was good The service provided by them were good The place is clean and peaceful But there is no parking space for car parking

Pros: * Not too far from city * Spacious rooms * Access to kitchen (but not for cooking) - for kids you heat up the milk. * Each room provided with the kettle * nice hilly view from upstairs. Cons: * Response of owner should be improved. we tried calling him multiple time but he did not picked up. After 2-3 hrs he called us asking where are you. For location also we had call him couple of times. * Once we reached hotel and before checking out, we had call him multiple times. for us he did not pick the call so we had to wait 30 mins to 1 hr for him to reach hotel then check out. More over we do not have signal here. so you need to come out 100 mts away from hotel then need to make a call. Apart from response wise everything was good including receiving, amenities.. They will provide heater also with some extra amount of 500 per day. you can bargain ;)
