resort is good, but need to improve swimming pool, play area, loan area and road nearby it...but at this price it is good...restorant is not working right not. they told us that we are doing maintenance and resort will be renovated after two months

Worst hotel ... looks like a horror place ... no cabs autos or any services come there ... they don’t even have a plate there . It’s not like how they have shown in the photo .

I called one day before my stay at hotel. Hotel person told you need to cancell booking as all rooms are occupied. When I reached Hotel, almost all rooms were vacant. There was no water in bathroom, no facility for tea either in room nor in Hotel. Also no public transport is easily available. We need to book uber for every step out of Hotel.

Room and bathroom were not hyginic. Furniture was broken. Room service was very poor. No breakfast was served. Dining area was open from all sides, except roof , so it was not possible to have lunch in that area in such heat waves. Television was not in working condition. We left the DELUXE ROOM in few hours😒😞☹️😡.

Bed is too small,no tea/ coffee, bathroom shower not working, downside of bed dusting,AC cooling and swings not working properly, no towels in room, no soap in bathroom, swimming pool not allowed without costume no prior information to carry swimming costume, no any other entertainment, food need to order from outside, no landline in room to contact reception, Reception desk also waiting for the reception person to talk being empty sitting..Sorry but Overall not good enough..Need to improve for customer satisfaction-Jignesh..Thank you

It was a great stay experience, would recommend to others for their staycation . Even though the location is a little remote and road is a bit off the stay and place was awesome. The service and staff experience was too good for words . Mr Pijush ghosh was really helpful and provided us with our required necessities, really thankful to him.

Its oldest resort in ahmedabad, need to upgrade their rooms and other amenities

Located in dark, dingy lane. This place is badly lit inside too. It has no telephone in the room to contact reception etc & i had to call on mobile nos provided, even for room service. There was no hot water for bathing in the winter morning. The place is not maintained at all.
