The location is very good, rooms are neat and clean. Room service is very poor. Parking facility is less.

Neat bedsheets, good shower, good area, easy transport, recommended for short stays. .

Receptionist nature is very good and well behaved overview prices reviews location there is the bar in the ground floor, you will find smoker and drinkers in you way to hotel.

Terrible experience. Front office lady staff behaviour was not good. Basic amenities not there. Under bed very bad ugly. We saw waste in cupboard

The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom needs a bit more maintenance. The glass partition in the wet area wasn't cleaned properly, and the health faucet needs some attention too.

When i booked for three people, it said there were three beds, but one was an extra bed. Check-in and check-out took a long time. They didn't clean the room or change towels on consecutive nights. For a hotel of this price, i wish they would provide at least toilet paper.

Hotel was super easy to locate as it was nearby to allappuzha ksrtc bus station. The amenities and cordial staffs cant go unnoticed. Restaurant there too served pretty decent food. The only minus that i found was the hotel parking was a bit away (less than 100meters. But all together at this rate with the kind of facilities they provide i was very much satisfied.

Property is very near to ksrtc bus stand. They have kept room neat and daily cleaning was done regularly. They want to look into their hot water supply issue, rest everything is fine with the hotel

Convenient location to bus stand. Good sized room. Ac and fan. Comfortable bed. Self closing door to en-suite meant it was damp and fusty in there. The floor wasn't cleaned very well. But it was ok. The staff were very friendly.

We visited allepey with family and stayed at arcadia magnet. The stay was pleasant and the location is at the center of the town. The reception staff, security staff, the restaurant staff and all personnel were friendly and helpful, special mention to neethu at the reception. Rooms were neat and the food ordered from the restaurant was delicious. Overall, it was a happy time and we hope to stay again at the property in the future.

Hotel guys aren't shared any wifi details, parking area route was very narrow and no assistance from hotel management, overall a avg experience

Pros: - conveniently located near bus stand, ymca junction and all the shikara rides. - front of house staff was cordial. - restaurant downstairs with a bar, so room service was prompt. Cons: - rooms did not have clean linen. Bathroom rug was dirty and towels (just one provided) were off white. - found hair of previous guest on sheets. - room furniture had a chair that was broken and a safety hazard. It was propped up against the wall to give a false impression that it was sturdy. - view from room was set of three big water tanks. - had an 1 hr wait for our upcoming bus journey, so we waited in a lobby without air conditioning in hot alleppey. Reception fellow had a standing fan to himself. - they push a bit too hard on getting sightseeing bookings, but of course it can be a good or a bad thing. I personally did not need an unprompted call to my room. - food delivery for room service lacked a bit of hospitality that the front of house showed. - there were notices telling guests what would they get charged to steal stuff like towels etc. Fine, but i had to wait a bit too obviously for them to tell me i don't owe them anything after they sent a person to check the rooms. Most hotels do this discretely or operate with a bit more trust and hospitality.
