    Unpleasant Checkout Experience Despite Good Stay

    We had booked two rooms for three nights . The overall stay was comfortable, and I must say that the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food served at the restaurant was also quite good, and the restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. They ensured quick service and were always polite during our meals, which we truly appreciated. However, our experience took a disappointing turn towards the end of our stay. Since our return flights were scheduled late in the evening, we requested the hotel to allow us a late checkout. Despite several polite requests, the management refused to extend the checkout time. Initially, they mentioned that we could extend our stay for one room by paying , even though the regular room tariff was per night. We agreed to that, planning to leave by around 3:00–3:30 p.m. But to our surprise, the night before checkout, the hotel staff called and informed us that we would need to pay the full day’s charge if we wanted to stay longer. This lack of flexibility and inconsistent communication left a poor impression. While the property and restaurant are good, I would not recommend staying here due to their disappointing approach toward guest convenience.

    Receptionists should provide information without asking like switching on the Geyser if we need hotwater, WIFI password , Gym facility timings etc. location is not great. Ambience is not great. Food is Average. Towels are not good. There is no switch to switch off the lights. No towels at the entrance of the bathroom. Shower is not good. I have to take a shower with Cold water as the information is not provided by the receptionist. In this season taking a shower with Cold water can cause Lung infections like Pneumonia etc

    Location wise it is convenient to approach situated in a decent locality. Hotel ambience is very good starting from reception area. But the bath room area is very poor both lavatory and bath area. It is like a normal hotel unlike the premium hotels bcz they charge the room to a 3 star room but not upto the mark. Even the room service is of low rated.

    Terrible Stay

    1. Not able to sleep in the room as the windows were not sealed and the road traffic is all over the night. 2. The bathroom drains, shower were all out of order. Inf-act we have to vacate this room 3. The breakfast was also not up to the mark. The puris wete roasted and full of oil

    The hotel is located in a very convenient place, the ambience is also excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean, though the bathrooms could be spruced up better. There could be some improvement in the food they serve too, as there are many other hotels in the vicinity which have a better menu. The only problem is the laid back attitude of the staff, they do not care to make us feel more comfortable. Wifi password had to be renewed every day, which is a hassle. When our stay was for 4 days why do we need to renew it everyday. Also the room key doesn't work after 24 hour, again a hassle to keep on reactivating it. I hope the management takes note of this and takes remedial measures.
