There was smell in the room...The hotel is not clean ...under the bed there is too much dust which create problem to my old parents

horrible No tap, bucket, comode jet paint on bed sheet every amenities you need to ask....... needless to say more

The furniture was very old, no one was there except us and looking like a hon-ted place

Ammaji guest house is a very beautiful place to stay in vrindavan. Peaceful environment for family, huge garden for children, and ammaji restaurant has delicious food, poori bhaji has awesome taste. The location is very good, the parking facility is also there, must visit the place. They also run charitable primary school in their property.

Snatary items are not working, bath tap not working properly, fan not working properly, tooth kit not provided, towel not provided. Terrible experience

Too far from city centre and conveyance charges is too much from city centre and on some busy time non approachable by any vehicle

Property location was good and the food was also good, but the rooms conditions were pathetic. Their were damp over the walls, as well as the bathroom was very messy. Guest house staffs were though very cooperative but their was n so one available at night if you want any kind of service.

Hot water does not come at the washroom, charging point not working, also cleaning issue, water not available at that 1 point.

Reasonable and decent enough place to stay staff is cooperative and ready to help they resolve your problem on call if you'll call them.

Blankets were not clean

No hot water in bathroom properly dirty bed sheet bathrooms

Dustbins, tv, intercom, iron was not there in the room. Bathroom was not cleaned. Extra bed mattress was too hard.

Hi, here is the feedback in regards to our last stay. My experience was not good due to the below reasons 1. Staff behaviour: i asked the restaurant staff to return the pending money. They just throw the money on the table and left the floor. After asking the reason, there is no reply at all. 2. Room: i stayed there for 3 days but there is continuously running water in bathroom, also the geyser is not working. 3. Management: had to call 6 7 time to get done, one particular work

To start with, the location is quite good, you can easily reach banke bihari ji mandir and other adjacent mandir sites in 10 minutes. Regarding the hotel, the room is spacious and the overall ambience of the place is nice. However, service is pathetic, the manager does not respond to calls and takes ample time to serve the most basic services like tea etc. People around here are not the brightest so it might be difficult for you to convey your issues. I asked them to get the bathroom bulb changed, but to no avail. Their restaurant also disappoints, not due to the taste (taste is fine) but service, we were halfway through our dinner and then order rice, after some time we were told that they didn't have rice, which was quite amusing, this being my first ever rice shortage experience. Overall, it was a bad stay.

It was okay but not worth the money i think, i didn't had much time to research for more good hotels hence booked my stay here. I think we can get better stay in such price

The worst hotel i even seen in my life, the staff was good but not cooperative. The condition of room was worst, washroom was too dirty there were insects on room walls most unhygienic hotel i was feeling unwell while staying at room, don't book this hotel
