Food,Facilities is poor and bathroom are very dirty

Property is well located with proper connectivity by public transport also, rooms were neat and clean, staff was well mannered and cooperative. A little reapir is needed with toilet area with taps etc and a lack of exaust fan in toilet bcoz it is connected with room so it is highly recommended. Rest all was good according to price of room.

best stay at regionalable price

Lacking basic things like ketley, ac remote, tv is not working, overall rooms are not maintained. Definitely shall avoid this in future.

Small room but good experience

Terrible sewerage smell in the washroom. Plus no exhaust fan in the washroom to reduce the smell. No clothes hanger in the washroom. The location of the property is good.

Worst experience. No proper address provided. Hotel denied about giving me proper assistance. In mm t customer care didn’t help me out in this care. All roads were block at that time, in that case i was expecting better solutions from your side. It was very disappointing from mmt. One more thing room are not what they are in their profile. So was like a scam for me

Bed sheet was not clean, washroom also not clean, tv not working very very bad experience. I will never recommend to any one to visit this hotel

The photograph of the building where this shridham holiday located gives impressions that it is big hotel with all facilities. But it is not like that, shridham has only few rooms in this building, no restaurant. For tea, breakfast etc. One has to come down in restaurants situated in the building. However, the place is nice, with beautiful surroundings, to stay.

Very pathetic and unhygienic not worthy at all bed sheet and pillow covers were so dirty and room was also smelling

This not a hotel or guest house, it's a studio apparent. 1. Care taker increased the price once i enquired for available on mm t. 2. On reaching the premises & asking for basic facilities like towel in washroom for washbasin, care taker out rightly declined & rudely asked complain whatever we can do. 3. Mm t helpline was also of no use, as it's non refundable booking. 4. Premise have smoking smell & room are too small & not as it looks in pics.

Hotel was not clean, no phone in room, room was filled with ac water. In place of dustbin they placed bucket.

Bad stay, checked out in next hour as soon as entered, unhygienic rooms, egoistic staff and the only good part was the location

Reception is good including guidance to reach place. House keeping needs improvement. Cobwebs are seen in room corners.

I had a great stay here. No issues at all. The owner is very helpful and the staff is also good. This was my first visit to vrindavan but i was very comfortable. The best thing about them is that they allow pets which is why i opted to stay here. I would definitely recommend this to all whoever is travel-ling to vrindavan.

My worst experience . Rooms are very dirty, wifi is not working, corridor is not clean or safe to stay. The attendant is not interested in providing any basic service.
