The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The Caretaker Anand Ji did support every time day and night. The property location was perfect— very close 5 minute walking distance to Bankey Bihari Mandir and everything I wanted to explore. Special thanks to Anand ji for going above and beyond to make me feel at home. I highly recommend Shree Sai Sharnam to anyone looking for a affordable, memorable and enjoyable stay. Disappointing Experience Despite Prime Location I recently stayed at this hotel during a visit to the Bankey Bihari Temple, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. While the only advantage of this property is its close proximity to the temple — within walking distance — several critical issues overshadowed our stay. The approach to the hotel is through extremely narrow and poorly maintained lanes, making access difficult and unpleasant. Additionally, there was a persistent nuisance caused by monkeys in the area. The hotel lacked basic amenities and arrangements. There were no food services available, and the electricity supply was highly erratic, with only about one hour of power followed by two-hour outages — making air-conditioned rooms practically useless. Torn and burnt bedsheets and an unreliable water supply further added to the discomfort. Parking was another major concern. The hotel did not have its own parking facility nor did it inform us in advance. We had to arrange paid parking separately at Rs. 500 per day. Moreover, when we needed to leave early the next morning at 5:30 AM, we were informed that the parking gate would not open before 6:30 AM, causing unnecessary delays. We were also not guided properly regarding local temple practices. Due to a lack of information and the disorganized temple entry/exit system, we ended up losing our footwear — something that could have been easily avoided with a simple advisory. To add to the list, remotes for the AC and TV were not provided during the stay. Overall, the location is the only redeeming factor. For everything else, the experience was quite underwhelming and not value for money. I would recommend exploring other options before booking this property.

The hotel was near banke bihari temple, but it was not up to the mark as shown in the images, the rooms were small, bathroom gate is not getting closed, no water pressure, no mineral water bottle, there was a water tank where you have fill your bottle, no bottle provided by the hotel, blankets were smelling very bad

close to Banke Bihari Mandir,easy to get darshan,but no accomodation is directly upto Homestay.you have to walk through the roads to get to this Homestay. No power backup for lift and AC ..my room was on 3rd floor so get very difficult for my mother to get their through stairs.

It was a nice stay at the hotel . The caretaker was very helpful and responded to our requires and questions instantly

I found a little cleanliness issues. Otherwise Anand bhaiya was best. He was very helpful. Once we reached hotel, anand bhaiya informed us with schedule of all temples. He also helped us to book a cab with nominal prices to visit barsana. Also he woke up early in morning to drop us at auto. Surprisingly, he talked to auto driver and made the price almost half for us at our checkout day. Although, it was good experience.

It was a really good experience and the manager was a really polite and nice person but he should also provide some needful things to their guests like a clean towel with soap and bedsheet also and some eatables things also needs to be served by hotel

Dangerous locality. Their neighbour put cow dung on my "sister" and me and also they were ready to fight. Hotel do not have reception, towel, soap, shampoo water glass. Only positive is close to temple

best hotel for all safe and secure nearest specially bihari ji radha ram ji radha vallabh ji neat and clean room very helping behavior staff all are very Good experience highly recommend all facilities Water hot water daily cleaning etc.

The room was exceptionally tidy and the bathroom too was nice and neat. The service providers were congenial and took excellent care of our requirements. Would surely recommend a stay here.
