Yes food over here is excellent. Breakfast lunch and dinner all. Is awesome and the staff over here are very cooperative and well behaved. My all over experience in the hotel is good.

Awesome services provided by the hotel. The staffs were very polite. They provided cabs for view points and other spots and made our vacation super easy. The near by jhakri falls was the best place to visit in gangtok. The staffs of this hotel were very helpful. Just the dinning needs to be improved a bit here. Overall the stay at alpha omega was very worthy.

It was a very good experience. The food and the staff behaviour was also good. The location of the hotel is far from the city but you will find peace as it is near banjhakri falls, you can come here and relax yourself. This is a perfect place for nature lovers to stay.

The foods served were fresh and tasty with local touch. Overall it's a memorable vacation and the stay added to its charm. Highly recommended for family. Hotel is good but located 8km away from MG marg. traveling charges bcms more. No lift facility not suitable if you have aged people without you. else very comfortable stay with good breakfast

Room cleaning was good but there was no ventilation. Also, the towels were not changed the next day

Room was full of smells from no air ventilation inside. We were asked not to open the windows as the windows was looking right outside the construction area and the stairs were right in front of the window. People were literally stopping to see who is inside the room! No privacy. Don’t go there with the family!
