The rooms were good and well maintained but there is no parking space for vehicles.

I got this hotel through this makemytrip.. it's really very clean &neat room..but they have no lift.. otherwise everything is good.. especially their approach too good

Terrible, everything is bad.

I will never recommend to add breakfast package, room is average. they provide tea in a plastic cover, totally disappointed with the food

“The hotel is located in a somewhat remote area. However, since it is newly built, the rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. Parking facilities in front of the hotel are limited. Also, there aren’t many good restaurants nearby.

Below expectations. It was mentioned as a suite room but in reality was very, very small. Very overpriced for the amenities. No hot water at all. Many fixtures broken in bathroom and room. Breakfast option is mentioned while booking but it's not inside the facility. You have to request the front desk to get it. Not wholly recommended unless you don't have other choices.

I had an excellent stay at Almas Residency, Kochi. The staff are very polite, with great communication and professional service. Rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and fresh, which really helped me as I have OCD. I’ve been staying here since 2023 and always had a great experience. The food is good, and the location is easy to find on Google Maps. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hygienic stay in Kochi.

Room was neat.but the fan missed regulator knob. As we were tired and was almost sleepy, didn't inform.hope the management will take care to maintain properly at intervals.

Excellent service and rooms, the atmosphere was amazing and parking was good for two wheelers.

Average stay .. budget friendly.. location also good.. but room quality is below average . bathroom is very small and can't lock the bathroom door .. it's terrible.. bad experience.. but overall average

No parking, No escalator. lights damaged .. no air went for non AC rooms. sheets were used one's. sheets were full of sp***ms. it can be used as play room

Waste room. Very hot. Mosquitos not allow u to sleep. Not cleaning bed. Waste of money. Better to stay in railway platform. Accidentally booked.
