Very tiny
soloVery very tiny hotel. Quite dingy and hole in the wall vibe. I booked for a night. But after checkin into the room, i just kept my bag and stayed outside with a friend. Just didn't feel hygienic enough to stay there.

Poor Stay
Very much dissatisfied with the hotel. It was not clean under the bed, the quilt was very dirty from inside even i was charged for water bottle, as it was free for me. Tv remote was on sharing, on asking it was told that in the room which i took there is no tv remote. Mosquites were buzzing a very pathetic experience

Deluxe room ac stay was excellent & i must recommend to everyone.
Al shifa residency was very good. We were very comfortable & very happy happy. Rooms, service & hotel staff were excellent. We were in deluxe room(ac) it was very neat. The room was easily sufficient for small family. (myself, my wife & 2 year old kid) and i must recommend for stay at al shifa. And also they have family deluxe rooms (bigger rooms. 4 members easily can stay. I recommend to stay at al shifa only.

Good experience
Hotel is located at convenient location. Staff is supportive. Located at ground floor of residential building. Good locality nearby. Rooms are small and they do not even provide water bottles. No parking facility.

Terrible Stay
No water in the bathroom in the evening. Tv was not working. Flush was not working properly. The overall experience staying in the hotel was really bad. Not very clean as well.

Pressure pump noise from the other room
Pressure pump noise was so annoying from morning 4 to continuously 3 hours couldn’t sleep in the day time also it was the same

Rooms are very small and congested
coupleRooms were advertised as deluxe rooms, however they were really small and congested. Just behind the reception where you could hear the staff talking.

The hotel is in a good location and it's a nice property to stay. The best part is even u can bring your own stuff and cook there your own food at a nominal charge of rs. 100

Hotel facilities were good for the price they were charging. Owner and staff are very friendly and supportive. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for budget stay.

Property sold out after booking

Average Stay
The stay was average. Room was a bit compact. Bathroom was small though clean. There was no room service provided like sweeping or mopping. Also make my trip had not notified the hotel about our booking so they shifted us to some other hotel nearby.

Excellent Stay
Al shifa residency in mumbai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was really good and welcoming, and made sure that all my needs were taken care of. The stars of the hotel were the friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the main city and there are plenty of nearby attractions like the zoo, hotels and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting mumbai

Property location and food
The property is located where no disturbance of traffic and there are so many restaurants and hotels where we can order food. The staff is cooperative. The cleaning was on daily basis, which is good for hygiene for all of us.

Hygienic property but very limited space
The staff were friendly property is quite space confined. Fast wifi available hygiene is adequate amneties in room: cupboard, bed, tv. Bath attached.

The property couldn't provide me rooms
familyThe property couldn't provide me rooms. They are callous, unprofessional, casual and the place was dirty, no seating area in the area of reception. We had to wait more than an hour until they arranged another nearby hotel to stay that night. No one should book property.
