thank u for giving the review ,actually what happened is they went outside and we called them and informed but they exceeded the check out time for 2hours ,guest was waiting to occupy the room,so we asked them to pay additional time charges thats y they have given this review

Quite clean rooms and friendly behavior and overall it was lovely to stay. Also outside food was allowed

Good & happy stay nice staffs &get deep sleep for a long gap to realy enjoy the stay,very good air conditioning & hot water facility
