Location is very calm and the proximity is really nice with a big temple near by and some good eateries. Breakfast was complementary and is decent as it also serves the regular customers as well. The hotel staff were decent.

Our family had a disappointing stay at this homestay. The property is poorly maintained despite the high cost. The bed was broken, the gas geyser didn't work, and the room and bathroom were extremely cramped. The lady caretaker was rude and argumentative, and unhelpful when we reported issues, even blaming us for the broken bed after a 2.5-hour wait. The location near Raja Seat is the only positive, but there are no nearby restaurants except the mediocre Mayura Valley. On the last day, the geyser broke, forcing me to take ice-cold bath at 7 AM. The owner is irresponsible and should address these issues given the high rates. NOT WORTH AT ALL.

The stay was very comfortable, even though they we had a very early morning check in, they we're very adjusting. The location of the stay is also very good. Just 800m from rajas seat. The room, including the bathroom was very clean. They also provided us with knowledge about the famous tourist attractions and the cafes to eat nearby. We had a late night checkout and the auto to the bus stand cancel-led on us. They were helpful enough to personally drop us to the bus stop so that we could board on time.

Room was not clean and bedsheets were not changed

The akashadeepa homestay in madikeri, coorg is a decent option for those looking for a place to stay that is close to the main tourist attractions. The homestay is located near the madikeri toll gate bus stand and is within walking distance of popular destinations such as raja's seat and nehru mantap. The owner of the homestay was hospitable and made us feel welcome during our stay. We booked two rooms, which were okay in terms of size and cleanliness. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water, which was a plus. However, one downside was that they don't provide food, which meant we had to go out and find places to eat. The timings for the homestay are from 1 pm to 10 pm the next day, which can be a bit restrictive for some travelers. Additionally, the charge for two rooms was on the higher side, which may be a concern for budget-conscious travelers. One restaurant is located around 500 meters from the homestay, which was convenient for meals. However, getting transportation from the homestay was a bit difficult, and we had to walk to raja's seat to find an auto.

The stay was located in a easily accessible area. The owner was good and, they helped us with various things. There was smooth check-in and check-out. The property has various rooms. The room given to us was for 4 people but there was only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There was one extra mattress given which was for the 4th person. The washroom is very small (can be compared to train washrooms, but was clean. They had provided with blankets, water, bedsheets and other necessities. The parking was outside (in open, just opposite to the property. There were lizards (3) in the room. We weren't provided with property. The entire property is very clean and welcoming. It is near to some of the attractions of coorg. Overall it was an average stay at a good location.

The location of the property is easy to find on maps. The stay is centrally located very near to all the view points of coorg. The stay is excellent and rooms are neat. We had 3 days stay with 2 families in 2 rooms. Everything thing is clean and neat.

Home staff are good earlier little bit lazy on giving our room but afterwards she's excellent in between our communication

Price is too high as per the location and property amenities.

The size of the washroom was too small. Not worth your money. You could hardly use the washbasin. Age old geyser system. Dirty bucket and mugs. Stinky hand towel and no bath towels provided.

Management is good. Location beautiful. Easy to find in go-ogle map.

The amenities in the hotel was good but not for the price we booked. Otherwise the Homestay room was good.

As soon as we entered the room, we are welcome with smell. Room was smelly throughout our stay. We asked owner to provide us drinking water, and we got water with dust and algae floating in it. Very average stay with very poor facilities. Not at all recommend it.

I went with my friends, we really loved it. We checked very early before time too, but the owner was really kind and allowed us. Mr. Venkatesh was very helping he briefed us with the all places to visits nearby and all tourist places. We will rate it 4. 5/5.

The place is near to med Kari Town and Raja seat. Quiet and calm place. Owner is a very cooperative and nice guy. If you are looking for homestay only this is good to stay.
