The room was enough for 2 adults and two kids, very clean and well maintained, a single wardrobe to use, we kept all our luggage on the floor.

Home stay owner was good and also helped with early check in and main need is was rooms which was clean and hygiene. They also gave space to keep the baggage post check out also. Which was really appreciated.

Rooms were maintained clean and neat. It was very spacious as well. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Provided morning tea/coffee and didn't charge for it. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Place is very neat, car parking was there. We took the deluxe room for 4 people. It was fully private area. The view is really good from room.

initially when I choose, I found A/c facility but in reality it was a 150sqft room on the second floor of a house with 1 ceiling fan & 1 wall fan. No shops or restaurant nearby. opted to check out on 20 mins post check out, due to lack of facilities (wasted, as there's no refund)

Enjoyed, the location was fine, located the spot using gmap. Food not served, arranged it from outside.

Royal coorg home stay was a superb experience for me & my family. Cleanliness of surroundings was nicely maintained. Cleanliness of rooms were very nice. Toilets had been cleaned properly. Owner's behaviour is veer good. Complimentary tea was provided by the owner. Overall i can say that it was a superb stay. Thank you.

It is a fantastic stay. I would like to recommend it to everyone specifically for family. The owner was very nice and responsive. We didn't have a wifi set up, but the terrace view and the parking space for cars and bikes is very nice. We have accommodated at 7. 00 am in the morning ( early check in. No need to think to much you can book this stay.

As family with kids, we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. House owner alex is very good person. He is very polite and provide d all facility for us. Room is very good, clean and spacious. Hot water was available. There is no food provided at the home stay. But the food can be ordered outside. He arranged complimentary tea+coffee for us. Overall home stay experience is good and comfortable.

Difficult to find the place. And they don't even provide coffee or tea in the morning. Outskirts of madikeri and they charge too much for such a small room
