Location is good with scenic views, Rooms are well maintained and service meets expectation, Food is below average but buffet breakfast was tasty, Friendly staff with many Amenities in n around property, Felt overpriced due to long weekends seasonal demands! Overall average.. good property but service is not good. Staff is polite but they are very slow and forget your requests. Less staff. Management is not good.. room / property / area is very good..

Very bad service! we were treated like we are staying there for free! very rude staff; unprofessional and untrained. Not recommended.

The stay at advaya resort wasn’t luxurious. The shower unit wasn’t effectively working. Food was just above average. Room service slow. Staff was courteous

Resort is located at very beautiful scenic beauty, awesome view from resort rooms, resort has v good and helpful staff

Pathetic service. Staff think we came for free as we booked through mmt. For the money paid, we expect at least reasonable service. Untrained staff, no proper management. I feel pity for the owner who has invested on developing such a good property but completely mismanaged by staff. You request for anything and no response. After some time they will ask who did you speak to, at what time as if we need to record. Number given to contact resort is sales number and there is no communication between them and front office.

Food was good, stay was good, sevrice was ok, they double price for water bottles.

This resort is mid of nature which increases beauty of the location. Staff behaviour is very polite & food is manageable.

The place was good and neat. The property is under construction however the staff was very cooperative and they were making all efforts to entertain the guests. And as mentioned peace and serenity and good ambience, near by places easily accessible. Will like to go again and staycation.

Location is good. But room service is poor. Most of the facilities mentioned on makemytrip is not available. Poor experience in general.

food was not good, luxury tent had moths and black ants :(. swimming pool was not clean.. property is still in construction mode

Worst ever resort with that cost i have paid. No amenities, worst room, no hygienic toilets, it gets bored if your there for more than 1 hour.

Resort is clean and staff is courteous. Swimming pool is nice. Overall landscaping can be better. Food is average and buffet is not value for money.

This place is still getting set up. It’s not an established place yet. Rooms are fine but restaurants / food etc is not up to the mark.

Property is good, location is good but service is horrible. They only have buffet and spread is horrible and will run out quickly. Doesn't look like staff is equipped for a full house guest accommodation. I paid close to 13k for a room which is not even worth 5k. Tv doesn't work, electric sockets don't work, ac is placed such a way that it takes close to 3 hours for the room to cool, frequent power cuts another pain, doesn't look like property has a power back up. About 10 mins drive from resort there is a restaurant called shiv surya which is a much better option for food. And not to forget, be ready to be covered with black ants when you wake up in the morning

First thing i book the place and pay in full on 24th. I reach thr place and had to wait outside in the hot sun with a 4 year old kid for 1 hour because they did not have a confirmation from makemytrip. Hotel staff were very helpful no doubt about it but i had issues in the room, bathroom door was not closing a person saw it around 1 pm said he will come back in 30 mins no one showed up, i asked for filled hand wash which never came, order for milk takes 3 hours, order for juice which never came. Same menu for all days.
