Stay was perfect for both of us. Really had an amazing time at the resort. Resort is very well maintained, proper cleanliness is observed at each corner of the resort. Rooms are also good with all basic facilities and room service is also satisfactorily available on one call itself. Food at the restaurant is amazing and quality and quantity both are great. Staff is also very cooperating. Overall ambience of the resort is amazing for a staycation.

Rooms are under maintenance . Even not clean. Even service also not good.

The stay was pleasant however the experience of breakfast was not so great. The people for one day picnic were included in the breakfast and they had created along line in waiting plus the crowd that came in was extremely unhygienic. Due to large groups in one day picnic they had removed the live counters for breakfast and the aloo puri bhaji stunk, idlis were from old batter and were sour and tasted weird. The sambar for too spicy and watery... The breakfast experience was close to horrible. In past starz has never disappointed us but this time it was not that great The rating changed to 3

the property was pretty good with a big space. best thing about the place was food. from breakfast to dinner, every dish was tasty. services were okayish, rooms were basic and bathroom was little unclean. room service was quick. recommended for one day picnic or a one night stay for families.

Comfortable stay. Food was proper. Room was ok. Staff were good. You need proper group of people to enjoy this place but I. Couple you will feel lonely

The hospitality was very luke warm. It is understandable that they had very less booking on this date. I. E. Only 4. However the hospitality & setup of the resort was not well in shape. We left the resort with 3 hours and shifted to another resort as we didn't wanted to spoil our weekend.

Location = 4/10 room size = 4/10 room facility = 3/10 room / washroom = 2/10 food (lunch & dinner) = 10/10 breakfast = 1/10 general amenities = 5/10 hospitality = 3/10 it was too dingy, amenities were closed even before informed time slot; half of the breakfast items were served cold, no to make orders, no brewed coffee, even no break toasts. Swimming pool does not ave any kids related accssories etc, towels were given in limited number like 1 in between 3 that too on demand. They seriously need to upgrade the hotel as re coloring + major gap is at their hospitality.

I was there with my family we had a great time children play area pool and all the amenities provided where excellent food was fantastic service was excellent over all behaviour of staff was superb

Resort is very big. Primium room are very good for couples as well as family. Food quality is excellent. Resort amenities are too much. Resort is as good as shown in photos. All sports courts are very large in size. One of the best amenity is swimming pool of very large size, neat and crystal clear and also dipper up to 7th feet. We have enjoy a lot. Only following two are feedbacks: 1) room have large size double bed which can easily accommodate three adult or couple with two kids but double bed is with two twin mattress which not much comfertable. They can replace with single double bed mattress. 2) washroom are clean and hygienic but shower pressure is very low and not much useful. Also saving kit is cheap. And best part of resorts is very cheap and luxurious

The stay was wonderful and the staff was so generous and polite. They had given us a warm welcome and prompt service

The property's location is very remote. There is no cab service available nearby. The food was very very good. The amenities in the resort were satisfactory. They had the equipments but in satisfactory condition. The services were good.

Room service needs to be fast no one is responding to calls sometimes they are giving preferences to event people

The changing room is near to the swimming pool ugly and has a bad smell. Indoor sports facilities are not well maintained.

Big resort, good food, rooms are good, football groud, lawn tennis, table tennis, theatre. Peaceful location, good staff and service. Good place for one day picnic. Make yourself stress free.

From mm t no proper response is provided till time. Our plan was cancel-led as hotel manager denied for check in and for the same, it is not resolved by mm t officials

Ambience, cleanliness, staff behaviour, rooms were good. Food was expensive. Still need to work on outdoor activities, as amenities were still missing

Very good experience i spanned two days in hotel one of the best hotel in ahmedabad i want to try next time visit
