We're sorry to hear that the cleaning schedule didn’t meet your expectations. We've taken this seriously and are working on improving the consistency and responsiveness of our housekeeping services. Your suggestions regarding adding mirrors in the bedrooms, providing basic toiletries, pest control, and better communication about the lack of a lift for upper floors are all very helpful, and we’re already looking into these improvements. We also agree that having a TV can enhance the experience, especially during rainy days, and will consider it for future upgrades. Thank you once again for your thoughtful input it really helps us serve our guests better.
