Hotel is clean and well maintained. But lot of noise was coming from the party hall as that day as some marriage party was there. Nearby no good restaurants. The cost of the rooms are high as compared to other hotels/resorts.

Location is peaceful. Rooms were neat and hygiene. Check in and check out process was smooth. Staffs was very helpful. Overall satisfactory experience.

Comfortable room good service and helpful staff

The hotel is just at the outskirt of the city on mysore road. The room was very clean and tidy. But it was a very small room that does not allow proper ventilation. The bathroom was also very clean and hygienic and had 24 hrs supply of hot water. Strangely, the wifi service is available only at the reception and it does not reaches the room where it should as the mobile network drops down when try to place a call from the room. There is no in built kitchen facility and for food you would either have to go outside our order from la sapphire restaurant that is 500 m away. The staff was courteous.

This place is very nearer to highway. Cooperative and supportive staff

The location is not bad. No courtesy from the hotel guy. Even after calling spoke to the hotel for early check in. They said ok, but i had to pay for extra one day. Cleanliness not enough. When we entered the room, so many hairs were present. Plenty of power cut were there. Until i ask from the hotel incharge guy till my last day, they didn't mention that generator power is available. They didn't give the power back up at all. Mineral water was not provided for 2 days. According to the guy no stock. Extra bed provided was terrible. The incharge was the only reason we felt good. And the hotel fare was non refundable and that's why we didn't quit earlier.
