Hello guest, We completely not agreed all your false statement , your concerns and our replies as- A. Wrong location : You followed google map and all human knows google always will not show the same direction it identifies and allocate based on distance, traffic etc. As you gone wrong direction we guided to reach and your kilometer distance due to the wrong route. "stuck-ed in deep standing lane" is related to traffic and no were connected to our property. B. No street lights: Kodaikanal is not the village and its municipality our roads fully equipped with proper street lights. To prove with street lights photos / videos this reply platform not have the facility to upload. C. Property not worth for morethan 100 : Did u get any one hotel / lodge for 100 rupees (For 3 guest ) If you really dissatisfied with the room / property why not shared room pictures / videos with your complaint and why you shared the picture clicked from your room corridor (mountain view. The following are our executive room features - 1. Double bed with 4 pillows (2 normal and 2 cushion) & mattress covered with bed sheet and two kinds of comforters. (Daily changing with wash and iron) 2. Wooden rack to store your belongings with coat hanger facilities. 3. Bamboo basket filled with extra pillows, comforts and bed sheets. 4. Bamboo chair with cushion to seat. 5. Wooden table with drawer for dining or other use. 6. 5 ltr Bisleri fresh can with two glasses and tissue papper. 7. Bamboo shelf filled with various kinds of books to read. 8. Led 48 inch smart TV with Dish for entertainment / internet TV for youtube etc. 9. Wifi with user name as executive (Every room has separate router with 1000mbs speed) 10. Rest room has 24 hours water heater facilities, Two soap dispenser (body wash and shampoo) with two bath towel. Dettol handwish with small towel. 11. kettle for water to heat. 12. Room heater incase of too much chillness. 13. Yoga mate ( have facilities to practice in dedicated place in yoga shed available in garden) 14.1.2 acred ourGarden has many fruits (peach, avacado, plums, blueberry, water apple etc, 18 varieties of roses and other flowers and many vegetables (All room prices includes guest to plug , experience and to eat / use) yoga tent, Green house tent covered with net , 3 stages, tt board and other indoor games etc. You agreed you paid double of (900 to 1100) which means you paid 2k right ? . Is the above facilites not worth for 2k. or prove here if any these facilities are not there in your room / garden with evidence pls. D. Food cost too much : How much food cost you paid and what are all the items you consumed ? how much difference when compared to kodaikanal restaurant? is our food cost higher or lower from kodaikanal restaurant cost. Need proper reply for this complaint.
