Terrible experience! avoid booking this place at all costs.

Our group of six booked three rooms at serenity sand premium pool facing cottages in morjim from the 27th december 2024 to the 29th, and we had the worst experience at this hotel. The staff, including the owner and receptionists, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite paying the full amount in advance, they threatened to cancel our booking and refused to give us the rooms. Our check-in time, as mentioned on the booking page, was 1:00 pm, but they only allowed us to enter the hotel premises after 2:00 pm. Even then, the rooms were not cleaned or ready to occupy, and we were forced to wait until 2:45 pm. The cottages were dirty, the bathrooms were unusable with broken pipes and non-functional showers, and basic amenities like soap or even a bucket were missing. The service was terrible, and when we complained, the staff showed no concern whatsoever. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
