Nice and clean hotel. Very cooperative staff. Nice and tasty food. Nice location.

It is a good hotel. Good breakfast and on time if you ask them to make it at 7 AM they do it. But I just want to know that as I had booked this hotel through make my trip for three nights and checked out one night prior to the proposed date how can I get back the money.

Hotel is little far away from Market, But natural beauty from this area and view from hotel is good. Each and every staff is good to serve guest. Services are average. All the things are O. K. Thanks to MMT.

I have been travelling for quite some time and this was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. It was more like a store room. Also this room was Nkt sgown in pictures uploaded by hotel owners in any site. Please don't book. Heavily disappointed.

Well the hotel is about 1km from M. G. Marg, which is the main happening/tourist spot of Gangtok. Taxi fare would be Rs 80/-. Hotel has no lift, but the staff attitude is very good and friendly which overshadows any shortcomings of the Hotel. The hotel has a travel desk also. The preparation of the food in the restaurant is as per your specification with very satisfactory rates compared to other places.

The room is nice, clean & higenic. The service also good. Location is far from market area but ambience is very beautiful. Local transport available on reserve & sharing basis also. Nice time to spend here. Good place to stay with family.

Rooms are all beautiful. Location wise good. If you order for food most of the time it is not available. But they can provide any substitute for the menu and take time for the preparations. For placing orders for food you have to give an hour time

I like it. If I travel again to Gangtok I would like to come to this place. The hotel is at peaceful place. The staff is good. The food was OK. The Internet worked perfect for me. I took the single room and that was fine for me. Good luck for the hotel

Hotel is nice but room is small. Hotel service is to good & food is also so good. It's chief in best hotel. Gangtok city is most beautiful city and there hotel is to good hotel saikripa is also too good 1 km nearest to hotel cinema hall, wine shop, bar and all facilities is very close to this hotel.

The rooms are not spacious. Food qualities are very bad. No view from any room and just avoid it. The distance from the main area is also too far. If you order anything in the room you will be not sure it would reach to you or not. Totally unprofessional and disgusting. I request everybody not to book this hotel. Only one positive side is you can see the mountain view from the roof.

We reached Gangtok on 25may16 & stayed 3 nights .. Supportable staff. We ordered aalu paratha. It was too yummy. They arranged permit for nathula and also arranged trip for local site seen too. Try to avoid travellers who are in market, most of them are fake ... Overall its good time in Gangtok .. Lovely and clean city in India. Finally awesome trip with awesome hotel.
