Rooms are not clean. Bathroom flush not working. When you come to sleep bed sheet are very dirty and not hygienic. Please don't stay in this hotel.

Terrible experience. They are providing only room. Room also waste. Bedsheet, pillow, too dirty. There is towel, soap, nothing. TV is not working, my total stay was completely waste. Please don't go that side if you are planning good time.

Only location is good. Every other thing is terribly bad. Beware of this hotel. No room service. TV not working. No toiletries. No towel. No extra blanket if required.
I have traveled 9 hill stations all over India but this is my worst experience. Room was not clean and dustbin was fool of stuff. After repeated request they send the person to clean the room after 5 hours of my check in. Toiletries and towels not provided till my check out. I check out one day earlier on second day as it was almost impossible to stay in this conditions with my family. No room service even for water supply. TV was not working during my entire stay. For every request they have single reply, sorry sir. I don no how MakeMyTrip or OYO like company sponsoring this hotel. There was a restaurant there but that was also in sleeping mode.

The resort is near to Ooty Boat house (Ooty lake), the location and surroundings are nice and calm. The resort is on a downhill slope with a beautiful partial view of the town. We booked a Single bed cottage which had a living/dining room, kitchen area and 1 bedroom with attached bath (geyser). The accommodation will be perfect for 2 people. The food available in the resort is of average quality and will need to be improved. Overall, we had a good time and will stay there during our next visit to Ooty.
