We took a delux room and the room condition is not good. Fan regulator is damaged and few damaged switch boards. We brought dinner from outside and asked for 2 plates and spoons and they brought a horrible smelling plate where the oil is still visible on it. And we asked for room service as room is not cleaned after one day of stay and they said for room service we need to inform them. It is not worth paying 2300 per day for this stay. Deluxe room condition: damaged bed sheets,Damaged switch board, no tv connection, improper AC output and open wires without insulation tape, improper floor and poor housekeeping, flickering light in the washroom, No fan regulator

The hotel location is great but the property is not maintained at all all the rooms are dirty and smelly. Staff is also so arrogant specially with maharashtra, s people. Regret to book this hotel stay.

Zero maintenance, they have no one responding to any complaints, like ac not working and bathtub problem, charging point problem like everything we are facing problem
