I recently had the pleasure of staying at neon nirmal residency in ooty, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience. The property's location was simply breathtaking, nestled amid-st the serene hills of ooty. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The food at neon nirmal residency was a gastronomic delight. The skilled chefs prepared delectable dishes that catered to various palates. The flavors were authentic and the presentation was top-notch. Whether it was the local delicacies or international cuisines, each meal was a culinary adventure. The amenities provided by the villa were impeccable. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. The property also had a well-maintained garden, where one could unwind and soak in the beauty of nature. The staff was attentive and courteous, ensuring that every need was met promptly. In terms of services, neon nirmal residency exceeded expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Neon nirmal residency is very awesome and worth to stay. We stayed there with full family and it was very pleasant stay. The caretakers mr. Ab i is very fine. Mr. Swaminathan and mr. Dakshin was also very supportive. It’s middle of the town and also the view from both the room and balcony is beautiful. A small but beautiful garden is there too. At the same time these are some suggestions to owner/caretaker also : 1. There was tv and dth but dth connection has expired, it should have been activated. 2. There is no any power back up - i came to know when there was power cut for an hour. 3. There should be wifi connection which i missed a lot. But anyway the stay was pleasant and i will recommend to my friends and relatives who plan to go to ooty. And i will definitely stay again here if i come to ooty again. Thanks a lot.

Staying was nice. Balocny view was brilliant. U can see a plenty of valleys, dense forest and huge mountains outside from balcony. As far as the cleanliness is concerned. It was so much hygienic, neat and clean. You will get a open kitchen where u will get a boiling jug and microwave. All electronic devices are in working condition. Caretaker was nice. If u want to travel ooty. Pols book cab from myootytoors. Com. Booking cost was so cheap. U will get a decent package for ooty and coonor in your required budget roundly under 5500 for 3 days. Every thing was fine. Only drawback was that. Towels were not provided by the nirmal residency.

Bed rooms and rest rooms are very clean and hygien. Care taker was very polite and responded well. Heaters were available in both the rest rooms and working good. 5 people can stay comfortably. Little difficult to find the location of the property and also the parking was very difficult. Since property is far away from bus stand and Neo Nirmal Residency | Entire 2 BHK Villas, we have to depend more on online food delivery. Location of the property is beautiful.

We enjoyed the stay. We received a kit of total refreshment tools in a pouch on check in for all 4 persons. The view of the scenery is also very nice. With a 10 minutes of walk we can catch govt busses very frequently to go to the town centre, rose garden, botanical garden with very cheap rates which will save us lot of money on travelling. Ultimately we are very satisfied with this stay.

It was quiet and beautiful view sight rooms that is located top of the hills, room was very neat and clean, bathrooms are very well maintained and clean water heater is available inn2 bathrooms as well as one small heater is located in kitchen sink to wash hands in hot water also, very well caretaker satffs, polite response from them to ask doubts and help the tourists new to ooty

Stay location and rooms were neat and clean. But we were not able to sleep as it is too cold and even the blankets and beds were too chill. Room heater was not provided. So we struggled a lot to sleep. Also to have a cup of tea we need to travel for 1. 5km which is little discomfort. Apart from these negatives the morning view was awesome and services were good.

Property has a wonderful view from the balcony . Tea & water for free. No extra charges . Easily accessible for all nearby attraction. Family friendly place

Really it's awesome place and villa so much clean

5 km away from ooty bustop or railway station. Still worth for the view and location. Had peaceful stay there with family. Caretaker availability 24/7.

This is a standalone bungalow with 2 floors. We got the ground floor. The host was very nice and quick with the service. The views are great and the house comfortable. The only problem is it's up the hill so travel is a bit of a problem, own vehicle is suggested.

Amazing location and an even more wonderful caretaker who took care of all our needs and wants any time be it early morning or late night. We'll mentained and super clean love to be there again soon

stay was good, ambiance was clean and neat. one washroom heater was not worked. They have provided microwave oven and induction stove. You can order food and enjoy. overall stay was good

To findout location is very difficult there is no name board nothing about home stay

The caretaker was very fast and responsive of our demands. Villa is perfect with perfect view with all the amenities as described in the mmt.

Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Overall experience in the stay was very good. Note: you need to concentrate the following 2 areas. 1. Balcony side cleaning is not good, even we found some cigarette bits. 2. In-house food facility atleast for breakfast
