Mademoiselle Boutique Resort and Cafe

Rooms are non spacious and the staff denied to every request. The only good thing about the hotel is freshly prepared breakfast. My suggestion would be to take other branded hotels in the same price range

This was my 2nd stay at mademoiselle assagao hotel and for sure the last. I checked in at around 9 pm on 24thjune. The person at reception was least interested in anything except frowning (leave aside saying even a hello. He checked my payment and gave me aroom (103 i guess) on 1st floor. The room had all facilities byte non functional. Ac didnt function so they had to shift me to another room on 2nd floor. Upon reaching the new room i realised that intercom wasnt functional nor was the tv. So i was sent back to the same room stating ac is working now ! which was not true. After complaining, i was then shifted to the third room by 10;30 pm which thankfully had the ac and tv working. Next morning upon check our i was handed over a bill fo rs. 475. 00 for one beer i had last evening. 475 for one beer i asked? and was told yes its an expensive beer called peoples. Which actually is the cheapest beer in town locally grown. The only saviour was the nice breakfast. Limited itmes but tasty and filling. Ill avoid this hotel at all costs henceforth.

My stay at Mademoiselle Botique Resort and Café was okay. The staff seeks to be helpful but is somewhat clueless. Service is not always prompt. The hotel is on a road that is presently not asphalted and thus kicks up a lot of dust, leaving a coat of red dust on the balcony, where, for the same reason, it is not possible to sit. I initially booked a room and discovered that while it had a balcony, it was rather small and didn't even have a table and chair to sit at, or even space for those things. This was surprising considering the price. The bakery there seems to be very good. Food and laundry are overpriced. The scrambled eggs in the morning are essentially a broken omelette. The rooms are overpriced too. The pool is small. Overall, the hotel is good, but it is not what it claims to be ("a resort") and it is overpriced. Hygiene is good.

Place is beautiful and cute. Pool is clean. However rooms are too small. Breakfast has very limited options to select from. Not worth the price being charged for.

My stay at mademoiselle was nothing short of unforgettable. From the french aesthetic inspired accommodations to the exquisite dining options and the impeccable service, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning soon for another exceptional stay.

Went with a family and took 2 rooms. The smaller room had issues with the ac. Food in the restaurant is average. There might be better places to stay as a family of 4.

The property is accessible to majority of the location. The manager imran and receptionist were humble. Now coming to the cons. Major issue with serving people they seem least interested. There is no buffet breakfast service as we stayed for 5 days we could not eat the samething as we had limited menu to select. The breakfast took ages to come and we had to remind to serve water. Washroom jet spray was broken. The washroom door is transparent not recommended for family. One day there was no hot water coming in the bathroom.

We booked the property looking at the room pictures The rooms are in bad shape, pillows have stains & holes. The bathroom mat was very stained. The lid of the toilet was very dirty, there are no napkins in bathroom. Staff is under trained. Staff is clueless & lacks basic hospitality. Breakfast options are minimal & very average. My suggestion would be to look at different properties.

Overall a pleasant stay! We booked a premium room and it looked smaller than what we saw in images. The complimentary breakfast was À la carte with limited options.

It was an amazing experience, the hotel is very beautiful and loved every corner of the hotel the staff was also very sweet and made our stay comfortable

The hotel is located around 10 mins from the beach. It is a lovely property with a huge pool and an amazing poolside pizza kitchen. The food served at the cafe elevates the trip to the next level. The chefs are very mindful and have added indian breakfast dishes to the menu. The pizza and salads are a must try along with the waffles ans the crepes

Hotel mademoiselle goa is a gem! the staff is friendly, the ambiance is charming, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!

Each dish was a masterpiece, served with top-notch hospitality. What truly shines here is the staff's dedication. Every interaction was genuine and accommodating, enhancing the overall stay. Mademoiselle's commitment to sustainability is also commendable and adds to its allure. In summary, my second stay reaffirmed this as my top choice in Goa. I can't wait to return! Location was good and food was awesome Service was also good , staff behaviour was pretty good , I like that night shift security guard with moustache he was very helpful and well behaved 😊
