I didn't stay there. When i went there were no lights. The hotel had 0 guest. It looked like a shady haunted place. So instead of risking my life, i walk away. There was no road to connect the hotel. I had to park my car way far

Hotel under renovation. Good location.

The property is located a few hundred metres from anjuna beach. So good location. But renovation going on while i was still booked in. So lots of construction noise. Security locks up the main gate at night and they also sleep. So going out and coming back late night which is what goa is famous for became very difficult. Rates were high. An average stay experience.

Close to ozran beach and the good restaurants (titlie, romeo lane, etc. And the uncle in the reception might seem to be a little strict in the beginning, but he is a really helpful person. The rooms are sufficient for 4-5 people, clean washrooms and they have a pool too.

coupleI was with my friends and that's why I wanted to book a hotel located in a remote place. The place was very peaceful and safe. The food was average. The rooms were clean and compact. The staff was friendly. If I could have directly booked the hotel then it would be much lesser. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in the hotel.

Hotel location is good but the cost was high compared to the services provided like Wi-Fi was not working, light was not there some of the time, also food is not provided. Only very basic amenities are provided and location is good.

If you are looking for a Hotel for rider mania event next year, this is the place

It was near to mango tree and the venue for rider mania event. So, it served our purpose of visit. Rooms were good and comfortable. Rooms are new but the issue is there is no restaurant. So, food service wasn't there. They are working on it seems by talking to one of the staff.
