The thing is only 3 rooms were available there in whole building and nobody was at check out time and 3 times somebody knock my door by no reason i checked but no one for complaint also

Basically there is no hotel like tsa. pictures were totally ferzi as i reached at hotel there was a rented house for stay and there is no support from staff as they were busy with their friends at reception. Means there was totally misbehavior from hotel staff. Room was totally horrible and ac was not working also. Overall worst experience. So i quit the hotel immediately

Washroom jet broken no water supply mosquitoes, electricity cuts, small blankets no water to drink no parking overall waste of time forget money

Terrible stay

I stayed with my family in this hotel for 3 days with one 3 years little girl. Room was terrible, worse, how dirties it was. I don't have words to explain, no water, and garbage in front of my room door. I called customer support, i request to canceled my booking so i can stayed at different hotel but they said cancelation is not possible but we give 20% discounts which not yet get it worse ever stay.
