The hotel is a decent choice for its price range. The rooms are basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and well-kept bathroom. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. The cleanliness of the property is commendable. As for value for money, it certainly meets expectations. It may not be luxurious, but it's a comfortable, affordable place to stay for those looking for simplicity.

The property is easy to find and conveniently located. The staff was polite and the rooms were clean facilitated with availability of bathroom amenities.

The rooms were fine, and well maintained at the given price, in the beginning it’s a little difficult to find the door of the property.

We had reached late at night due to our flight. The moment we reached the hotel, we sensed a bad smell throughout the building n our room did not have any complementary water bottle, no kettle was given n no tea coffee bags.

This not a hotel but some cheap old ruins there is no gate but a plastic blue sheet in place of gate. When we arrived there was no one answering the call opening the gate. We had to stand on road for 2 hours and t to move to a dif property after struggling for 2 hrs

room was nice the art was excellent but ac was not working properly also there was issue for hot water this 2 things i got to face during my stay rest all very good 😊

No kettle. Pillows n bed sheets not good. There were mosquitoes and insects.

I hated that place no security they don't put lights in lobby area not even a single water bottle they even don't have plates and very rude staff i will suggest alone single women at night she will not feel safe

The place is well managed and owned by foreign . The place is decorated using classic painting and furniture. The bathroom is modernly made. The only drawback is that it doesn't has its own parking and the vehicle has to be parked roadside in public parking. It doesn't have its own restaurant but has tie up as well as is surrounded by tasty restaurants.

The property was easily accessible from all nearby tourist attractions, the room was clean and well maintained apart from everything the price was really budget friendly. Will recommended for backpackers or small groups.

The team, running the property is just beyond awesome. The room and washroom was neat and clean, with fresh towels and water bottles.

Webs all around. No towels on 2nd day very limited breakfast options with very little portion we booked three room got keys for only 1 at check in stating the other 2 rooms are not ready. Got the keys for 2nd in evening after follow up. 3rd room key was given one day prior to check out that too after apprising for such issue. Total wasted my money

Candolim beach is easily accessible (3-5 min walk) from hotel. Peaceful place. Its centrally located in candolim area.

We did not have a good experience. Breakfast was only provided after 9:30 am. No other facility like even drinking water was provided. Rooms are small.
