groupNo hot water in bathroom, rooms were very dirty, no response for room service, tv was not working and no support for luggage. Waste of money and waste of time.

Location is distant from main market area and bus stop. Food quality is not up to the mark. Lighting inside the room is poor. Hygiene and safety standards are ok. But electrical plug points and water pipe points in the washroom are in poor condition and needs urgent maintenance

SAFE & HYGIENIC STAY IN GANGTOK.

Seven members of our two families stayed there for 2 nights. We were treated warmly, rooms were sanitized in front of us, were given clean and good beds, blankets, and toiletries..The only grievance was about one of the toilet which was not properly cleaned. Though it is a little bit far from the Heart of the city, M. G Marg, it's scenic beauty is superb। I recommend this Hotel for those who just want to enjoy their stay and mingle with the Nature, not go for marketing purposes .

Stay was terrible

Do not opt to stay in this hotel in while visiting gangtok. The staff behaviour is terrible. This is the first hotel in my life that serves only and only maggi for complementary breakfast, nothing else. I again repeat do not stay in this hotel.

The place where we stay near about 7km from dolari taxi stand except that all the things inside was like haven. My personal opinion to you visit once. You will never forget those days there you spend.

Except for being away from main City, rest everything was very good. Good room clean bathrooms, accommodative staff. Excellent views from room. Cheat and The very best hotel. Especially front office is ready to help

Nice stay but 1st day we didn't get a good room but next day we get a good room. We stayed for 2 days and the hotel staff was very good and friendly.

Best stay in Gangtok

Rooms are neat and clean. Food served in restaurant is good. Location is ideal for travelling to North Sikkim. View from the balcony of room is excellent. Staffs are friendly.

We have family trip including an 11-year-old child. We stay for 3 days. Pros: 1. Staff behavior is very good and polite. 2. Staff put the utmost care to resolve your issue. 3. overall good stay for family. 4. Rooms is clean and well maintained. All items are properly managed. Bathroom is very neat and clean. Cons: 1. If you want to visit Gangtok main mg market, then you will have to pay 600 to 700 rs to your single trip. Hotel should have some shared basis vehicle to be arranged for customer. 2. Food: Quality and choice of food and taste of food should need a definite improvement.
