hygein was not maintained, pool was not cleaned and also house keeper was not there to clean the waste.

Locality, food, service was excellent. Pool was clean and well maintained. Will recommend to my friends and family

Improvements: 1. This is not 4 star property, it is 3 star 2. Reception guy was not very polite and hospitality levels can be improved. Good Things: 1. Breakfast was good. Poha and omlette was tasty. Aloo Paratha can be avoided. 2. Food service was good. 3. Property has good greenery 4. Property is 15 min walk from beach

I found this resort from mmt, once i checked-in was warmly welcomed by the staff here rahul and akash. The staff is so friendly that i checked-in hotel at 11pm with my family, 2kids, seek-ed help from akash and rahul for dinner and some beverages that was arranged for me. The breakfast buffet was served on time, with wide varieties of breakfast. I made sure i had dinner at resort itself given the authentic taste they served the dishes with, you wouldn't want to miss it the wooden cottages are well maintained, with daily room service. This resort will give you a homely feel with additional amenities like swimming pool, garden before each cottages, overall nice escape from metropolitan city environment away from pollution. I would like to thank rahul and akash for their cooperation and taking care of the guests very well. I stayed in room 106, i will cherish these moments for life time.

The resort was nice, but not worth the money. The manager was rude, and there was no heater in the room. For a rate of 6k, you'd expect at least a geyser. The only positive is that there are several nearby dining options.

It is not safe and not a good place for family demanded for extra bed that was also not given. Distance is huge located in outskirts

Coco teros is one of the best resort in north goa. The hospitality, cleanliness, prompt service is at par. Very peaceful and serene property just 1. 5 km from mandrem beach. Especially, manager mr yoginder chauhan is the most humble, sincere and hardworking person we ever met. We stayed in the property for 4 nights and he made sure to make this stay homely, lovable and extraordinary. We will be here again for sure. Highly recommend.

They will never say no for any extra service in compare to other resorts. good quality is very nice and tasty so overall 5 out of 4.8 😁I booked for 3 days .

I like everything in the resort, nice cottage, good food and helpful staff. I recommend it for new couples and families. The pool is very big as well as neet and clean.

I chose the long weekend of 2nd oct with my family to have a horrible time together. I was given a duplex cottage which can accommodate 4 adults. But has only 1 washroom. Dental kit consists of only one brush whereas we were 4 fully grown adults residing. But these are very minor issues which most people won't even notice and let it go. But the major issue: it was raining in goa and for some strange reason this resort turned into a water park. I opted for a swimming pool view duplex instead the resort was so generous that they provided me with flooded lawns and an unusable pool. On top of it black worms which generally crawl in swampy areas was an special add on giving me the experience of simlipal forest stay. And as a madman i was complaining profusely kept asking the management to pump out the water at-least because with every rain, water level kept on rising so did my blood pressure. Mind you! i paid a lot for this swamp to enjoy the amenities and live stress-free for a while. Instead stress increased every minute. But they kept on saying using the pump is not going to solve the issue, i am pretty sure the staff was some highly qualified ground water expert. Finally i decided to check out on the very same day but and asked a for the refund which they refused saying since they booked it for me for the day they can't refund but after a lot of back and forth they deducted one day's tarriff and returned the rest. So generous of those guys of just refunding my money back as a good will gesture and not taking my life to let me live to tell the tale.

Not at all a family oriented place. If you're traveling with just your friends to have some fun, this place can be a budget friendly stay. Nothing else.

I booked for 2 night stay but totally disappointed. I would say it was mistake to book this resort. Firstly it is not that pleasent whatever shown in pictures. Swimming pool not in working condition ( main reason for booking this resort. Electricity continuously fluctuation at night, ac not working, no hot water before 8 am, no breakfast before 9. 30 am. Breakfast option was less and if you are late just by 30 min it starts 70% items are finished and we have to wait for another 30 mins to get something to eat. Even though staff was cooperative and humble it's total mismanagement from resort side as staff is very less compared to required. It's like required staff is 10 and only 2 people are working.

Location is good. Silent from city croud. Staffs are well behaved. Rooms are very nice. Only problem we faced is slow water flow in bath only in bath taps. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

We booked this stay for 5n's. The stay was comfortable. Location was apt and staff was extremely helpful and kind. Food is also good.
