In comparison to price we paid, location is ok-ok. Houseboat is also small in size. Along with this amenities is also average

Buckingham palace boathouse is a worst condition wash basin is dirty n broken tub is broken toilet is broken no facility of hot water

I came in srinagar with my family and searching for hotels but as the season and because of huge crowd i couldn't find a hotel to stay, then while surfing on makemytrip i found this boat house in my budget and saw photographs i quite like it so i booked it and when i reached here the place is nicer than it looks in photo and the care taker is so polite and friendly

I need refund for this booking because property owner canceled my booking

Stay is good at this place but they had given only bread butter with tea in breakfast which is not worthful according to the price they had charged during booking.

The owner was not cooperative. Rest is fine. The room was good but the owner was little harsh so was little sad rest was fine

It’s a very old boat house with minimal facility.

The hosts were very welcoming. Helped us with sightseeing and cabs too

We checked inn in the morning and found that there was only one guy with zero staff. He didn't have any staff to cook food, so we decided to have lunch outside at dal lake. Before leaving we requested the assistance to prepare dinner for us but despite that the employee went somewhere without informing us leaving us in middle of water. Then when we got annoyed he told us to order food online and bought us the food in payment. Houseboat was also not up to the mark. I paid for pathetic and uncomfortable stay. pls never book this houseboat. I had free breakfast which i couldn't have as i had to leave early morning, but i didn't get any discount.

Nice clean rooms, hospitable, good food from lhasa restaurant

The houseboat location is very average, no views from rooms. Houseboat needs immediate repairs. Highly non-maintained. Hygiene is hugely compromised & since doors and windows don't function, safety also is an issue. Seeing the overall houseboat condition, never felt like ordering any food from them.

Lovely people and lovely place.

The staff was very rude. Checked in at 07. 00pm. I wanted some hot water for bathing. Geyser was not available. The staff need to switch on the water heater. There was a powercut at 08. 00. I was informed that the power will be restored in 45 min. But power was restored by 10. 00 pm. The staff was reluctant to switch on the heater.

We are 4 people and we had the sweetest hospital which we never imagined. Despite of all the odds hill and uncle treated us like their family members. Thank you so much for this delightful experience

Good hospitality and nice people

It was a pleasant stay here. Kids loved to stay there. Staff was very nice specially, Mr. Burhan, my kids will never forget his homely hospitality.

Not upto the expectations but the people there were very good. They had different house boats, did not gave us what is shown in the picture, when asked about the rooms that we booked for they said we have Group of house boats and rooms are available as per availability. Instead of booking online check there and then book.
