    I felt the hotel staff were rude. There was nothing welcoming about the stay. No water bottles! plus very limited food on the menu.

    The stay was good but the payment from the end of makemytrip wasn’t done so they were asking me to pay again despite actually making the transaction. Plus the hospitality wasn’t that good and they were pretty rude with me. Apart from that they didn’t have water and it was chargeable to get water which is very unusual.

    I've now stayed twice at Hilton Financial District and have felt super comfortable on each of my visits. The hotel is very centrally located and offers all the conveniences of a large City nearby.

    Hotel situated in China town and near by union square. So location is good. Overall it was nice stay here. Only internet speed was very slow.
