Ramada doesn't even exist. There was a local lodge which was poorly maintained

It is centrally located in the queens

Poor staff behaviour, impolite staff (Shyana), poor wifi connection. Even after telling for so many times, they have neither improved nor changed my room. Very small room, not worth of money. Very bad experience specially staff behaviour.

Good breakfast and service is good

Rooms started to stink the moment air conditioning was turned off. Toilets were also a little bad overall the hotel was fine.

Overall hotel is not good and cleanliness is poor. Overpriced, one may get better hotel at cheaper rate.

The location is way away from bus and train stop also the room is extremely small and even the lock in the washroom was broken.

It was an average hotel located in Long Island City, which is a little far from manhattan. I would prefer to go for the hotels in manhattan. But if you want a quiet neighbourhood and good price then go for it. There are no restaurants or good convenience stores nearby.

Food was as usual, breakfast area was very clean and hygienic.
Very nice property close to Queensboro plaza subway train. The guest service was exceptional, nice location very convenient and Manhattan is about 7 miles distance. I will return to this place again next year.

Even if will get such hotel next time at highly discounted rate prefer not to go, ambiance is very bad, cleanliness is big big issue, all towels and toiletries was not daily clean enough. Very small rooms and prices are high for such rooms. No amenities at all. Very bad exxperience.

Hotel is located in Queens and Times Square is just 10 minutes from Subway. You can also reach directly to Battery Park for Statue of Liberty cruise directly from Subway. Overall good experience and nice service.

Rooms are small which is expected in NY. Bed is comfortable and room has refrigerators and iron boards. Washroom is decent. Breakfast is provided and has pretty much the acceptable things for a decent breakfast. Subway is within walking distance which can take you to Times Square in 10 minutes.
