Review Of Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

It was a 3 nights of comfortable stay for us ( Two couples). The proximity and its connecting tunnel to T-4 terminal were unique features. Entrance from road requires more signages and directions. No loyalty benefits / upgrades to frequent customers.

Location was excelled . 10 mins walk directly to terminal 4. Room was comfortable . Staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel, very conveniently located on level 2 of Heathrow airport terminal 4. It's directly connected with a ramp. The luggage trolley can be directly taken to room. The hotel is very good located in terminal 4 and just landed in terminal 3 and there is free shuttle bus to go there. We really loved it

It is a clean and convenient place to stay at a reasonable price, particularly if you have a plane to catch early in the morning. The restaurant and the bar are reasonable, providing standard meals.

The hotel is located quite close to Heathrow Terminal 4. The overbridge is easily accessible from the airport. The hotel staff is warm & courteous. They are proactive in assisting visitors. The hotel has a wonderful bar & dining area & food is tasy & reasonably priced. There is also a cafe & vending machines in the hotel premises for budget friendly travelers. I had a wonderful stay. My thanks & appreciation to all the staff members from reception, cafe, bar & dining areas for all their support.

Hotel is directly connected to terminal 4 via a link bridge, very easy to find if you follow the directions at the airport and take the free inter terminal tube to get there. The reception staff is super nice and helpful. Special mention and thanks to Ziville for making our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Cristina as well for her wonderful service. Rooms are a bit small but are nicely done up, all cozy and have everything that you would need. Nice and clean bathrooms and linen. Breakfast spread was decent even for vegetarians. Overall a very pleasant place to stay in.

Location was good the only problem is with this hotel is they don't have any helping staff like we having back 5 bags so nobody is going to help us there in this hotel only be have to pay 15 pound extra for early checking otherwise in other hotels in uk itself wherever we go even though in my rears are hilt-on or other or stays we got a very good response it is everyception and they allow us for early checking but not in this hotel so it's kind of disappointment for us and also one more thing since you stay in nearby airport so being a indian we don't find any kind of indian food hair so that's also a one problem for us otherwise everything is good bad quality is good location is great even though we got a room with a window opening in front of airport so we have able to see the flights flying

Really rude and un-inviting staff. Poor housekeeping service. They don’t even provide basic facilities like water bottles and toiletries. Only 1 towel per room even if we were 2 of us staying and they ask the guest only to do self service. Poor hospitality! worst experience ! not expected !

Excellent facilities, great room, very helpful staff, out of the world break fast. What else one needs. Overall over the moon experience for one night. Ease of access from the terminal building was icing on the cake. Highly recommended. God bless premier inn.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Good option if have a morning flight from heathrow, the connecting bridge was quite helpful. The rooms facing the terminal have a good view if you are an aviation enthusiast.

Good property, near tarminal 4, departure under way dayrect hotel waking 5 minutes, i m arrived terminal 3, to free train coming tarminal 4, good experience, room clean, restaurant good, staff friendly

It was an amazing stay. The room was big and comfortable, the food was excellent, prices were affordable and staff is courteous.
