The hotel location was good.. but the room size is very small compared to per night charges

Room are really small and cost is really high as per the size

Location was excellent, the food was average, and the room size was too small. Not value for the high price being charged.

The location is excellent The people at the desk were excellent But rooms are so small and is contrary to the pictures Breakfast was served in another building about 5 minutes away No restaurant inside I repeat that but for this the location and people were excellent

Nice location, very close to Bayswater Underground station, too many options restaurants closeby good food and Sainsbury as well at a shorter distance, Ashmita at the reception was very helpful. Thank you Ashmita.

Room was very very tiny. I have never stayed in such a tiny room in my whole life. It ends as soon as you enter the room and only single bed and room ends.

What a wonderful guest house so close to central London yet far away enough from the hustle and bustle! A charming and well appointed property that happily met our needs and requirements. Great staff which made all interactions easy and smooth! Bijou restaurant that serves up typical Brit brekkie. Safe and secure all mode cons you could ask for I look forward to staying there again Perfect place Shaftesbury International Hyde Park.
