This property boasts an excellent location just a stone's throw from Hyde Park and two underground stations, making it super convenient for exploring central London. Guests appreciated the courteous staff and proximity to various eateries, including Indian cuisine. However, many pointed out that the rooms are quite compact, and the heater issues were a recurring complaint. Some noted a lack of complimentary water and limited amenities, which impacted their overall experience.
Fantastic stay at a central location
Fantastic stay! We had a really good time. The rooms were clean and nice, a bit small though but overall great experience.
Room: Deluxe Double
Excellent Stay
Location excellent, warmth, hospitality, neatness, cleanliness were excellent. Room size relatively small but very mangeable!!
Room: Deluxe Double
Decent stay with room for improvement
the property was located in a nice neighborhood and was well connected with the underground tubes and city bus routes. we had breakfast included in our stay and it was decent as well, given that I was a proper british breakfast and we couldn't eat half of the dishes being vegetarian. the staff was nice as well, especially the restaurant staff and housing keeping who were always on their toes. The only pros that I had were 1. The water was not provided by the hotel everyday in the rooms,we only got two tiny (300ml) bottles on arrival and that was it. we should be getting at least one bottle per person for every day we stay at their hotel. if we would be checking in everyday then they would be giving us a new bottle everyday but not when you book all your reservation under one booking itself. 2. the photos of the rooms provided by the hotels were misleading. 3. the biggest issue that I had was a safety one. there were no functional locks in the room and when I complained about this they said that no rooms have that but there's a chain the room for your peace of mind, but the chain in our room was broken and upon requesting it to be fixed they said that "don't worry it's okay no one will enter your room we don't have spare keys". We were two women travelling by ourselves and it felt very unsafe and we purchased a lock from the market for our peace of mind. Also, the housekeeping did have spare keys and entered the room when we were having breakfast which is pretty contradictory to what the reception desk had told us earlier. Even though she was a pretty sweet lady and we are not blaming her for anything this was surprising for us when we came back into the room and found someone there . this was pretty new for us because usually hotels give you a sign to post out the room or there is a buzzer by the door which tells housekeeping is needed in the room and we didn't have either of those things on.

Excellent Stay
Great charming little hotel in the best possible location. Underground is really close and so are all the major attractions in central London.
Room: Deluxe Single
Average Stay
The check-in was a bit difficult as we had requested for an early check-in which the hotel did not entertain. The stay was comfortable and the location was great with lots of food, shopping and parks nearby
Room: Deluxe Single
Average Stay
The stay was average ! The room was just like a tiny matchbox with free water bottle only for a day ! Next day water will be charged @1.5£/300ml ! The room heater wasn’t working . The only good point of the hotel was the metro station and bus station was few steps away making it very easy to roam around. Hyde park is very near . One can easily roam around on cycles as well.
Room: Deluxe Double
Good Stay
The property is located literally 50 meters from the hyde park and very close to two underground stations. Except for the super compact rooms, it’s a very good choice if you need to be in central london.
Room: Club Twin
Terrible Stay
During my visit to london, i stayed at the royal gardens hyde park, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel offers exceptional service, outstanding amenities, and is very well-connected to the city’s major attractions. One of the highlights of staying here was its fantastic location. On the backside of the hotel, there’s a variety of great restaurants, including options for authentic indian food, which was a pleasant surprise. If you’re planning a trip to london for sightseeing or any other purpose, i highly recommend considering this hotel. Its convenience, comfort, and proximity to wonderful dining options make it an ideal choice. For me, this location was perfect in every way!
Room: Deluxe Single
Good Stay
It was a cozy stay, the room was small though and the heater was not working. The property is a 1 min walk from the tube station so it’s very convinent to travel around the city.
Room: Deluxe Double
Good Stay
We stayed for 2 nights. The receptionists at the front office were very welcoming, we checked in smoothly without any hassle. The only problem was unlike other hotels, we had to carry our luggage on our own. That is absolutely okay, as we can do it on our own but comparating with other 3/4/5 star hotels. Other than that, had an amazing stay, quiet and comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Thanks
Room: Triple or Family room
Terrible Stay
The hotel has a very poor exhaust system and even reception provided very poor support. Batheoom are not up to mark. Its not value for money.
Room: Triple or Family room
Terrible Stay
it was a pathetic experience..the hotel was in a shady area location...bath tub was damaged.. bathroom exhaust was not working so room was smelling and even after this they refused to change rooms first and after one hour said pack your bag and change room now.....it's like a lodge kind of facilities.
Room: Triple or Family room
Short family vacation in london
Very central and extremely close to tube / bus, you probably can’t find hotels located so close to central london, and that too a heritage hotel
Room: Deluxe Double
honest review for first time tourist to London city
No water complimentary, breakfast £ 15 per person which is more than normal breakfast places in the area. No hospitality as such ( not specific to hotel, its more like culture), construction work going on as of now around the hotel. Despite these problems, you can opt for the hotel only and only because of the proximity to two tube stations and close attractions like oxford circus, soho etc. so if you choose to roam in the city of london, you can choose it. Otherwise nothing great about the hotel
Room: Superior Double

Good Stay
Very pleasant and warm stay. Totally satisfied.

Comfortable and beautiful hotel
It is an old architectural hotel which in itself has an history involved, whose prints can be found in the lobby of the hotel which has pictures
Room: Deluxe Single Room
Poor Stay
Bad room, service and asian staff attitude. Substandard hotel not at all worth the price.
Room: Superior Double Room
Excellent hotel, great service, convenient location
Would echo the reviews mentioned here. The service is excellent and location is convenient from accessibility point and proximity to hyde park. As mentioned, the rooms are tiny and there is no restaurant service (other than breakfast which they serve)
Room: Deluxe Single Room
Good
The stay was good, the rooms are a little small.
