The place is located slightly away from the center of Birmingham but not too far away. Its as good as any other holiday inn express anywhere around the world. The staff is helpful and always with a smile on their faces. The facilities are great and the views from the top floor are great as well. The breakfast was fantastic and very fulling, it was a complete meal to start of the day.

The Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Snow Hill was in a nice location within walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean but the bathroom fittings were old. The breakfast was purely continental with the same menu everyday. The staff were friendly and the neighbourhood was quiet. The room was a little pricey for the facilities
