The hotel is beautiful and amazing. The food is really tasty. They even have tasty indian cuisine. The desserts are the best. Only hand-wash instead of soap in the washrooms would be better

Excellent staff and stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the holiday over there. The staff was extremely helpful and chef made indian veg food on request.

We booked city view room but staff allotted us room with no city views, and we had to come down to ask them to change it to city view room. If they had us given us room as per our booking then both ours and front desk time would have been saved. The hotel is not on the main road, you have to walk a bit to come to main road. But hotel have a shuttle service every 30 minutes the rooms are neat and breakfast is ok.

The finish of the rooms are very average. Location slightly disconnected

Check in was smooth, rooms are very nice and spacious, staff extremely courteous and eager to help. Booked all water activities from the hotel and was guided by them to avoid the scams of the beach. Lavish breakfast spread and is a must to include in your stay

Location is superb, food quality is great, amenities are excellent, cleanliness is very good. Free shuttle service every half hour till the main road near terminal 21 helps a lot. Loved the stay.

We stayed at room no. 1315. The room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet spread during the breakfast is awesome. There is a shuttle service between the hotel and terminal 21 at regular intervals. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and all of them went a step ahead to make our stay comfortable. Overall a great experience. Thank you

The hotel ambience was very good and so were the facilities. However, would be good to have someone speaking english.

The property is situated at the heart of pattaya and with all the amenities close by. The staff was excellent and took good care of us.
