Disgusting place to stay!!! Rooms are old, dusty and smell musty🤮🤮 1. we arrived around 3.30 in the evening and were not able to check in till 4.30 because of a power cut. This place doesn't even have a backup power source 2. The floor was sticky. Probably they didn't mop after the last guest checked out 3. Instead of a fresh pair of indoor slippers, they gave us a pair of stained, unclean sliders. The staff were not at all helpful. They even charge you for water!! They didn't care to check if we needed anything and neither did they help us while we were moving out our luggage during checkout. It gave an unsafe feeling and we just couldn't wait to leave!

The room was very nice, very helpful staff, they even let us checkin early, they also have a spa at location which was also very nice, they had a big 55' tv in room with all services. The hotel is just 10 mins away from bk k airport, the hotel runs a shuttle to the airport
