Hotel staff are very cooperative and well behaved. Housekeeping service is very prompt. Breakfast menu is very good and healthy. Overall experience is very good about SAMALA HOTEL.

4.25/5 experience. The property is very well maintained. The rooms are well kept although in room service was slow and rough around the edges. Breakfast was average and not worth the extra money.

Pros Good neat stay, away from the hustle bustle of nightlife. Location is good. Walking distance to Nana Plaza. Cons: Hotel receptionists are very rude and staff at kitchen are very rude too. The breakfast buffet has limited Indian food options. They serve sticky rice and dal for breakfast as the only option. Don't book breakfast unless you are very comfortable with international cuisines.

Hotel was very close to Terminal 21, and Asok Metro Station - very well connected. They allowed us for a early check-in, staff was very cooperative.

The staff who speaks English, non Thai speaker, in the white shirt was very helpful. The room was great.

Location is very good and they have shuttle to terminal 21 metro for every 30 minutes till 7:30 pm. Room service response was very good and they very cooperative.

It was pretty good, loved the hotel and the people around. Very helpful and kind. The amenities were top notch as well

It was an excellent property. Located near soi15 on Sukhumwit it is approachable from any direction. BTS and bus stop is available in walking radius. Overall ambience and service was outstanding. I preferred to have breakfast here and it was great. Infinity swimming pool is a must try. It was a fantastic stay at Samala hotel.

The hotel Samala is centrally located in Bangkok. It is on a street called Sukhamvit. It is so convenient that big streets are located near it. It is walking distance from the Bangkok Skytrain and nearest metro stations are Asok and Nana . It has lovely places to eat, drink and get Thai therapy . It is very nicely priced / has a lovely pool and breakfast with lot of continental options

This hotel is a gem. Superb hotel with very modern rooms and toilets. The location is fantastic in sukhumvit. The breakfast was awesome. I will definitely stay here whenever i visit bangkok.

New hotel, clean rooms, pleasant and polite staff. All in all a good experience. Convenient location
