Located in a good area. Good service. Good connection with mart rail and pier also closeby. Overall good stay

Location was excellent with buts connectivity from 3rd floor. Great service and good food. Room service may be improved on utility supply.

Every day same breakfast. The rating would have been excellent if they make breakfast menu with different items at least every alternate day or so

We loved this Hotel hands down! The best hospitality ever! The thing we liked the most was how well they treated our toddler. The location, stay and food were beyond amazing. The concierge, receptionists, bell men, security people all were amazing and so courteous and polite. Will stay in this Hotel when ever we go back to Bangkok.

My 2nd time stays in the Hotel we were traveling for a holiday with a family of three. Overall the Hotel is good with good location next to the metro clean rooms and toilets air conditioning and the staff also very efficient. Check in was smooth we reached two hours earlier than the scheduled time of 2 pm but were giving room without any hassle. The only complaint we had was the breakfast options with only egg counter and some soup counter being served as fresh otherwise everything else was processed food also not any good options for Indian customers. We did order in-room dining couple of nights and it was delicious a little expensive though. Overall we would rate a good star rating.

Pool is great. 33 floor building. Nice view from the top. Well connected with BTS train.

They have dese amazing rooms at very little extra money spent. Dese rooms have amazing washrooms and access to executive lounge which provide free drinks and snacks of your choice everyday for specific time frame mostly evening. The hotel has superb swimming pool. Loved every bit of the hotel. Must recommend hotel if you can spend little more for the executive rooms.
Had just amazing time at the hotel. The room were very comfortable and huge. Thankfully choose the executive rooms. They had amazing washrooms.

Miss. Chompoo at front reception is very helpful kind and professional. She is always willing to help with a smile. It was my second stay at this hotel in less than 90 days and I would like to thank Miss. Chompoo for her outstanding work in most professional way. She deserves to be promoted. Overall hotel stay was good. Sky rooms have superior view of the river and city. Buffet breakfast is not upto the mark. BTS station is accessible directly from hotel. Housekeeping is good. Overall people at hotel are far very nice and helpful.

Check in and check out was smooth. Food especially the breakfast was very good. Best part was the swimming pool . Awesome view of the city from the pool side. Another good part is the direct access to the sky train from the hotel. Location is fantastic if you are with family and want to stay away from the crowded place like Indra market .

Overall Eastin Gran was good hotel and we enjoyed a lot. However, the only point wherein this hotel lacks is Indian food options. Given more and more Indians are visiting Thailand and specially Bangkok, having Indian food in the menu will give them added advantage and help from branding perspective.

hotel is very good. I would request them to keep some first aid box which includes medicines for headaches, fever, some common medicines. Overall fantastic experience. I would like to stay there again if I go to Bangkok next time.

Excellent connectivity to BTS Skytrain direct from hotel. Location was good. Will visit again if have business there as it is about 10 minutes away by Skytrain to Sukhumvit entertainment areas. Good clean hotel and large rooms.

Good hotel friendly staff, many restaurants, excellent infinity pool with great views, next to the skytrain and highway offering brilliant connectivity to all parts of Bangkok. Upgrade to an Executive room is a sensible option, with unlimited snacks and cocktails and concierge service in the Executive Lounge. Good value for money!
