Review Of Diamond Sukhumvit by FIB

The room was a little small and there was no proper ventilation, but it was neatly maintained. This is closer to the airport but far from the city. I would give a 3 and half rating for this hotel out of 5. Wifi connection was a plus point. Some more of renovation is required and the ventilation can be better.

Wish the hotel was spacious and had few more variety of food for Breakfast. There was no Kettle nor coffee maker, the room was very conjusted for two people. There was no proper ventilation and the room light. Wish it was more spacious enough.

Staff was good and polite but location not appealing. Taxi facility in hotel with massage center, gym and swimming pool. Facility of packing breakfast is also available. Theme of hotel is also good.

The hospitality was good, good looking receptionists, beautiful lobby. Hygiene was very bad, as soon as we opened the door, the bedroom was stinking of the toilet. The toilet was smelly all the time, the room did not have proper ventilation or balcony, small closed up room. Very bad facilities.

The staff was rude. Location taxi cost 150 Baht to go to any good market to downtown. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Roaches all over the bathrooms and room I had to change my room but not helpful.
