Review Of Bann Aim

I went to checkin hotel at 08:00 pm but No staff were available and also called many times for hotel phone number but staff not received my call ,it was terrible experience and whole night I was sitting outside the hotel with my luggage for checking,I also informed and given a complaint but they were helpless. Next day morning at 08:30 am hotel staff came and said No confirmation given for checking. Finally I paid money for two days and given me room only for one day . really a bad experience 😔
