Review Of Baiyoke Boutique Hotel

Location wise the hotel is the best. We stayed there for 3 nights. We faced AC maintenance issue in the middle of the night. It was so hectic to shift our room.

The room was okay, not looking that great compared to the picture that was posted on make my trip, the rooms look unmaintained and bathroom felt congested

Property was very ill maintained and everywhere a stingy smell was coming.however the staff was very cooperative

very good and comfortable stay...good for business and family stay...staff is also very helpful..Indian restaurant are very near by.

The hotel has poor services and unreasonable terms and conditions. If a bedsheet gets a small stain—even something minor, like a tiny food stain (for example, a piece of mango accidentally falling and leaving a half-inch mark, which happened to me)—they will charge an excessive fee of 1000 baht. This policy feels unfair and unreasonable. Additionally, the lift situation is inconvenient: the lift opens in the middle of the floor, so you still have to take stairs either up or down to reach your room. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

It was Just ok, not bad.

The staff do not want you there. This hotel is in the parking or the dumping lot of the actual Baiyoke Sky Hotel and they are just bringing the name to use. The receptionist charges 1000THB as deposit for which a receipt is given but the receipt does not even contain the hotel name. There is no bell boy to assist in your luggage, the lobby is dark and gloomy and humid. The lift is strangely built in a manner that you have to use some stairs to reach the lift no matter which floor you are on. The buffet breakfast area is sad, no salt pepper tissues forks on your table. You have to fetch them from a point. No coffee vending machines. Bakery consists only of poorly baked croissants and bread. Cakes and muffins are for display only and not to be touched. No servers to assist you. The room is old styled, no toothbrush, shaving kits, moisturisers nothing. The room keeps reminding you of fines incase you damage anything. The cleaning staff doesnt want to clean your rooms. On my checkout day I asked for drinking water and I was refused. Imagine a hotel refusing you drinking water as it is your checkout day.

Rooms are not well mentioned... staff are very rude.. breakfast management staff are very bad behaviour.... food quality is also not good.

the rooms are a bit small compared to the photos , the house keeping does a good job in keeping it clean the bell boys are more helpful than the front office desk if you have to speak with anybody in local dialect & they guide you properly as well don't expect a early check in as even if rooms are available you won't get them before 2 location is a bit far inside from the market , indian food not that great in the nearby restaurants so have to walk towards baiyoke sky or towards the inside market area with good options

Wifi was not working properly. They provided 2 separate beds and told that you need to inform prior before visit even you have paid money and on makemytrip there is no such condition or option that we have to inform before visiting if we have already booked the hotel. Another is they took security deposit too. That's really bad for customers. Not happy

Average hotel with super rude staff, they won’t provide u a glass of water also at front desk lobby, dare u ask them the look they give u is really as if u have demanded there fortune, smelly n very small room, hotel is located at one corner of road if u try to come late night it’s seems unsafe,

Baiyoke boutique hotel, bangkok, thailand, is just a place that you are staying in any of the cities in india. Because the whole place is surrounded by all indian eateries and indian people. The shopping wholesale market is all walkable. Best happening place for indians. The entrance of the hotel

Good everyone is nice room cleaning very neatly super. Wifi only every-time asked password beter this every one one time asked.

Nice rooms friendly staff located in heart of the pratunam city easy to access and reasonable prices

The receptionist ms. Noon she is very rude in handling the booking, i made a request for extra bed without a cot, because of my back pain but she was very rude n asked to cancel the booking

Don’t get confused by the name baiyoke in it, you’ll get disappoint. Foul smell all over room as well as walking lobby because of old carpet, small room with vintage ambiance they mentioned “city view rooms” but there is no window with a view. Extremely old and smelly building totally misleading with pictures and the name baiyoke. If you take your car to reach the hotel get a spare 1 hour as the traffic near the hotel sucks and don’t get confused with the google map.

Very good location but no room service. Breakfast was good. But no smoking inside hotel. Trouble for smokers.
