Terrible Stay

one of the worst hotels to stay. its a dull hotel with extremely rude staff. rooms are small with poor amenities. The bathroom is pathetic with extremely low quality toiletries. Worse is they give 2 small water bottles for 3 people and they expect people to drink water for the whole day and also make tea coffee with that. you ask foe extra water they give u a lecture.not recommended at all.

There was some points to note 1. AC was not working properly! Booked two rooms and same issue with AC 2. ⁠bathrooms was soo soo small! 3. ⁠not iron and iron board provided 4. ⁠breakfast buffet was very limited for vegetarians 5. ⁠mainly coffee was absolutely shit 6. ⁠house keeping lady was rude! (As hotel is very old and they have boards to put on door handle for DND and house keeping ! By mistake we put house keeping up rather than DND! She started yelling at us for putting house keeping up while we don’t need it)

The property has been recently renovated and is very nicely maintained, the restaurant serves good Indian food for breakfast and now is with good interiors and better layout. Service there can be better it’s mostly preferred by Indian and Bangladeshi communities and is well placed near the BRT and many bars closer by. Room service can be better

place is finesse with all facilities available inside. Proximity to local attractions and available transport options at door step. BTS Nana is just 2 mins walk. World class fitness club/Gym with extraordinary pool on 3rd floor is the silver lining of the establishment. Only problem is CHECK IN and CHECK OUT process for which the queue was too long to stand for a long time. Probably it is due to customer vs front desk managers proportion which is to be improved and taken care. For so many tourists, there are only 3 to 4 desk managers. Rest all, this stay will give wonderful options.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The bed was plush with fresh linens, and the room had modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with quality toiletries, and had great water pressure. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was attentive and respectful of privacy. While the room wasn’t overly spacious, it was thoughtfully arranged and met all my needs. The only drawback was limited natural light, but overall, it offered excellent value and comfort. I’d definitely stay again.

Room service, breakfast were excellent. Regarding room , Bathroom cleaning were also excellent. Hotel check in and system is nice without any trouble smoothly with without wasting time done Overall all services in Ambassador hotel are excellent. This my ten times stayed in this hotel. I hope next time also I will prefer this hotel only.
