Excellent location, walkable distance from happening Hajj Lane.

It was a good stay and had a nice comfortable rooms but the light in every room has to taken care because its not sufficient and more over it was a no window room and less ventilation.

Room is very small and as required a window room they provide me window room on road side ground floor window open on footpath and you can't open it due to passer by watching. You fill you are staying on road side. Very small bathroom you can't move properly. Bad is. Making noise no wardrobe no mirror no iron. Reception staff is busy every time on computer. Worst lifetime experience.

The Hotel is the smaller one storey building. For someone who does not know that might mislead it for the big tower in the picture. The rooms are also very small

Small Hotel. Small rooms. Not good location. Very expensive for four nights. Small building Hotel. Early clean request for room. But three four hours I Am waiting outside rooms. No book this Hotel.

Jalan Sultan is a nice area. Hotel location is pretty good.
Place is nice. We have booked queen bed room and they have upgraded us to Long family suite. Nice service

The room we booked was plush queen, which looked smaller than we had expected. It was well maintained though. The room did not have any storage space to keep our luggage, we managed to push them below the bed. The break fast option was having only couple of veg dishes, and the restaurant was not properly managed.
Room was smaller than we had expected it to be. One thing that we missed was wardrobe/cub-board to store our luggage/clothes, etc.

Everything was fine and well maintained. Service was also good. Location is superb.

It was at prime location. Cleanliness was good.
