The hotel facilities, cleanliness, maintenance is excellent. It's my fourth stay at the hotel in 2 years. Location is best if you have business in Gangman area or need to be close to COEX. To/from airport bus also it's the best as drop is at the hotel.

Nice stay, good upkeep and staff. nice location and worked perfectly for family with kids. Most places are close to visit and it's easy to get transport access

My stay at Furama Riverfront was overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are a bit old but in good shape, with only minor wear and tear that doesn’t affect comfort. They were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities like the swimming pool and fitness center were well-kept and easy to access. I appreciated the hotel’s attention to safety and hygiene—rooms were properly sanitized, and common areas were cleaned frequently. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of local and international dishes, though a bit more rotation in the menu would enhance longer stays. The staff were polite, friendly, and quick to assist whenever needed. The only area for improvement would be speeding up the check-in process during busy hours. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and reliability.

Hospitality need to be improved like Indian hotels, outside India i believe hospitality is missing U go to any star hotel outside India, that is where they r lagging

Telephone din work, bed was not comfort, ac was not comfort, waited long for lift. Food was pushed to end At 10:30, at 10:10 they remove food, while going to take something else what’s on the table is removed name board of the food is removed much before 10:30.

Comfortable stay, within 400 mtrs we have Bus station and MRT, very helpful to explore the area. Huge property with all amenities, have a 7 eleven at the ground floor for all quick needs. Very good swimming pool. Drinking water dispenser available at all floors.

The room was small and did not have a bidet but it was decent enough for the price and I wish the housekeeping would clean the rooms everyday

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Singapore! The superior room was surprisingly spacious, especially considering the price range and other hotels in Singapore. It comfortably accommodated three adults and one kid, making it an excellent choice for families. The pool area was a highlight, with a jacuzzi, and a kids' pool. It was perfect for all of us. The breakfast spread was nice, although we felt that a few more Indian cuisine options would have been a great addition. The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to the MRT station and nearby bus stands. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we'd definitely recommend this hotel to others. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. We'd love to come back here again.

I stayed with my family including two kids for five nights and my overall experience is good. only issue I faced that is very limited house keeping. they provides house keeping for rooms after every third night of stay so in my 5 days of stay only 1 time cleaning and refilling have been done which is not suitable for Indians. they don't provide water bottles so we have to go three times to refill the water container from outside at common areas. if any body like self service then it is good place to stay. Food quality is average and daily repetition is monotonous. hotel location and connectivity is very good.

We booked 2 rooms for 7 (5 adults,2 kids) family members. The rooms were clean and staff was really helpful. There's small kids play area which kept the kids engaged most of times. Most the things were available at the ground floor and in the particular floor's lobby so there was nothing to worry about. The metro and bus stop is at wakling distance

They have very good facilities n amenities like kids play area, well maintain swimming pool. Their staff were co-operative n supportive. Location is very good n near to MRT station.

Breakfast is good, there are options for vegiterians. The hotel room is pretty ordinary, the towels etc.. Needs to be picked by the guests from lobby area..no regular room service, done once every 4 days or so.. But located close to all imp places In Singapore. Not an excellent option but not a very bad option either.

property is centrally located and is well maintained. enjoyed the pool as well which was also maintained well. overall nice place in heart of the city
